Drager 麻醉机故障三例

2015 Yead All Rights Reserved."><section><section><p><span>故障一:</span></p></section><section><br  /></section></section></section><p><strong><span><span>呼吸器工作正常</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>但无潮气量输出</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>例如潮气量设置</span>&nbsp;600mL&nbsp;<span>时无呼出潮气量</span>&nbsp;<span>。</span></span></strong>&nbsp;<br  /></p><p><br  /></p><p><span><strong><span>分析与排除</span></strong>&nbsp;:</span><span>由于</span>&nbsp;fabius&nbsp;<span>列麻醉机均具有自检功能</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>在待机状态时</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>进行开机前的自检</span>,&nbsp;<span>首先连接好完整的呼吸回路</span>,&nbsp;<span>检测无泄漏时</span>,&nbsp;<span>接通控制箱</span>,&nbsp;<span>在</span>&nbsp;menu&nbsp;<span>选单下</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>选择</span>&nbsp;confiquration&nbsp;<span>配置选择中的</span>keycode<span>将数字选择至</span>&nbsp;112&nbsp;<span>时确认</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>会出现一个选单。在此选单中选择</span>&nbsp;mon +vent&nbsp;<span>模式</span>,&nbsp;<span>然后进行</span>&nbspEEP&nbsp;<span>阀的标定</span>,&nbsp;<span>整个标定大约需耗时</span>&nbsp;3&nbsp;<span>~</span>&nbsp;5 min ,&nbsp;<span>若标定完成后无</span>&nbsp;ok&nbsp;<span>信息提示时</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>证明</span>EEP&nbsp;<span>阀部分故障</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>需进行更换或维修</span>&nbsp;<span>。进行维修</span>&nbspEEP&nbsp;<span>阀时</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>先打开机器后盖</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>在负压板上找到电子</span>&nbspEEP&nbsp;<span>阀</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>将</span>EEP&nbsp;<span>阀取下</span>,&nbsp;<span>检测</span>&nbspEEP&nbsp;<span>阀上的匹配电阻</span>&nbsp;(50&nbsp;<span>~</span>&nbsp;60&nbsp;<span>Ψ</span>)<span>是否损坏</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>若损坏请更换一适当电阻</span>,&nbsp;<span>将</span>&nbspEEP&nbsp;<span>阀重新装入电路板后开机调试</span>&nbsp;<span>。若上述维修</span>&nbsp;<span>无法令</span>&nbspEEP&nbsp;<span>阀恢复到正常工作状态</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>需联系售后进行更换</span>&nbsp;<span>。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p>&nbsp;<p><img src="image/20200927/62776e982de1c5bf72476e0a4f443075_3.jpg" /></p><br  /></p><p><br  /></p><section label="Copyright ? 2015 Yead All Rights Reserved."><section><section><p>故障二:</p></section><section><br  /></section></section></section><p><strong><span><span>呼吸器工作异常</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>呼吸机活塞只在马</span>&nbsp;<span>达传动杆的推动下作小幅往返运动</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>潮气量远小于设定值。</span></span></strong></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>例如潮气量设为</span>&nbsp;600mL&nbsp;<span>时</span>,&nbsp;<span>输出只有</span>&nbsp;100&nbsp;<span>~</span>&nbsp;200mL<span>。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><strong><span><span>分析与排除</span>:</span></strong><span>在维修模式下</span>&nbsp;(<span>在</span>menu&nbsp;<span>选单下</span>,&nbsp;<span>选择</span>&nbsp;confiquration&nbsp;<span>配置选择中的</span>&nbsp;keycode&nbsp;<span>将数字选择</span>&nbsp;<span>至</span>1&nbsp;<span>时确认</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>然后按下主屏幕按键出现一个界面</span>),&nbsp;<span>检测其中负压泵的负压值</span>&nbsp;(<span>正常值</span>&nbsp;<span>为</span>&nbsp;180&nbsp;<span>~</span>&nbsp;220mba),&nbsp;<span>若泵压值远小于正常值</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>则为负压泵出现故障</span>,&nbsp;<span>无法为呼吸器提供正常的工作状态</span>&nbsp;<span>。此时打开后盖</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>检查负压泵外部是否过脏</span>,&nbsp;<span>用干净棉布清洁外部后</span>,&nbsp;<span>打开负压泵体</span>,&nbsp;<span>检查内部活塞是否破损</span>,&nbsp;<span>以便及时更换活塞或负压泵</span>,&nbsp;<span>如无破损请清洁活塞后重新安装好负压泵</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>在开机调试状态下</span>,&nbsp;<span>调动负压泵泵头的调压旋钮</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>将负压值调至</span>180mba&nbsp;<span>左右</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>此时呼吸器将恢复正常工作</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>故障排除。若泵压值在正常范围内</span>,&nbsp;<span>则可以排除是泵的问题</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>应对麻醉机的呼吸器部分进行检查</span>&nbsp;<span>。</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><p><img src="image/20200927/bc9e84f3101a56314f42840791457cea_4.jpg" /></p><br  /></p><p><br  /></p><section label="Copyright ? 2015 Yead All Rights Reserved."><section><section><p><span>故障三</span>:</p></section><section><br  /></section></section></section><p><strong><span>呼吸器马达冲顶或马达卡死。</span></strong></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span><strong><span>分析与排除</span>:</strong></span><span>一般马达冲顶是由于马达转速失控造成</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>马达转动由编码盘间接控制</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>编码器盘片周围一圈有密集的小孔</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>可以通过光束</span>,&nbsp;<span>编码器盘片的上下分别是发光管和光电接受器</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>马达和编码器转动造成光路的通断</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>实现计数功能从而能够控</span>&nbsp;<span>制马达的转动圈数。比如说我们设定</span>&nbsp;100 mL&nbsp;<span>潮气量</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>那么编码器控制马达转</span>&nbsp;10&nbsp;<span>圈</span>,&nbsp;<span>由马达转动推动上面的呼吸机活塞向上推</span>&nbsp;5 cm,&nbsp;<span>就能精确打出</span>&nbsp;100mL&nbsp;<span>的潮气量。出现故障后</span>,&nbsp;<span>将呼吸器外罩打开</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>可以用一张纸片挡住光束</span>,&nbsp;<span>看呼吸器马达是否仍然冲顶</span>,&nbsp;<span>若是</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>则发光管与光电耦合器损坏</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>需更换一组光电耦合器和发光管。若挡住光束后马达停止转动</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>请检查马达的控制电路部分。若由于马达冲顶造成的马达连杆卡死</span>,&nbsp;<span>可以先拆开马达重新组装马达连杆即可解决。此外</span>,&nbsp;<span>由于马达的连续冲顶也可以造成马达驱动电路的损坏</span>,&nbsp;<span>可以通过测量有无电压输出来判断</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>无电压输出时</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>请检测驱动电路板上的四个大功率三极管的通断</span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;<span>更换同型号的三极管后马达可恢复正常工作。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span><strong><span>小结</span><span>:</span></strong></span></p><p><span><strong><span><br  /></span></strong></span></p><p><span>上述故障现象均出现在呼吸器部分工作异常</span><span>,&nbsp;</span><span>但引发原因有着本质的区别</span><span>,&nbsp;</span><span>我们工程技术人员平时多观察多分析</span><span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;</span><span>从原理上理解</span><span>,&nbsp;</span><span>多积累一点维修经验</span><span>&nbsp;,&nbsp;</span><span>一旦出现异常</span><span>,&nbsp;</span><span>便能迅速作出判断</span><span>,&nbsp;</span><span>及时处理</span><span>,&nbsp;</span><span>以提高工作效率</span><span>&nbsp;</span><span>。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span></span></p><p><strong><span>来源:医学工程在线</span></strong></p><p><strong><span><br  /></span></strong></p><section label="powered by gulangu"><section label="Copyright ?
