主诉故障：图像有干扰

检测时间：2019-10-28

检测故障：摄像头链接主机测试，逐段摇晃线缆，同时观察图像情况，发现线缆前后两端均有故障，线缆损坏。

维修方案：更换全新线缆。

服务建议：摄像头在使用过程中，如线缆有部分弯曲或缠绕，要逐渐拉直的同时伸开线缆，防止扭伤；摄像头线缆垂到地板上时，请注意线缆不要被台车等压伤或扯伤线缆；摄像头在与其他器械一起清洗、搬运货保管时，请注意不能与其他器械发生碰撞，以防损伤。
