一、彩超简介：       彩超简单的说就是高清晰度的黑白B超再加上彩色多普勒, 彩色多普勒超声一般是用自相关技术进行多普勒信号处理, 把自相关技术获得的血流信号经彩色编码后实时地叠加在二维图像上,即形成彩色多普勒超声血流图像.由此可见,彩色多普勒超声(即彩超)既具有二维超声结构图像的优点, 又同时提供了血流动力学的丰富信息, 实际应用受到了广泛的重视和欢迎,在临床上被誉为"非创伤性血管造影" . 同时,在进行人体各种脏器的影像检查,如肝,胆,肾,心脏和甲状腺等检查方面,有着其他影像设备不可替代的优点. 它具有操作简单方便, 检查速度快, 对人体无损伤等特点. <img data-s="300,640" data-type="jpeg" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz_jpg/dx3KibwtDhveSwdAeo4hjtI42EJsXOH5LfAh9ngE2pWl8BGkUOJGJavTYU9quia0VFuIRPQxs3HNOeXOhSVNI17w/0?wx_fmt=jpeg" data-ratio="0.7505197505197505" data-w="962" />  二、彩超电路板常见故障处理： 故障一: 故障现象:       一台 525 彩超,腹部探头(C314G)无论工作在 B 方式或 CFM 方式,不时在监示屏上出现放射状干扰线,有时二条,三条或多条不等,这些干扰线出现在监示屏上的位置也是随机的. 故障分析与处理:       彩超工作时,监示屏上出现此类故障较为常见.产生此类故障的主要原因有四种

1)外界干扰(包括电台干扰,高频治疗机,大型电机,大功 UPS 及大型医疗设备工作时产生的电磁干扰) ;(2)交流电源/交流稳压器不好;(3)探头性能变差,晶片在工作时相互之间产生干扰;(4)电路板故障,如发射/接收控制板,探头接口板等出现故障. 故障排除:首先确定是哪一类故障,这可以按下述步骤进行.在中午或晚上大家休息的时间里将仪器通电并观察监示屏上是否有干扰线; 将仪器移动放置的方向或更换一个地方再通电观察监示屏上的显示情况; 仪器在接交流稳压器和不接交流稳压器时, 分别通电观察显示屏上的显示情况, 并用万用表测量仪器工作时交流电源的电压值, 通过上述步骤如均有放射状干扰线存在,一般可以确定为非外界干扰和交流电源的不良所致.一般彩超有二,三个探头, 有的配有 4 个探头. 常用的有 2.5MHz 心脏探头,3.5MHz 的腹部探头, 7.5MHz/10MHz 的浅表探头.在 B 方式和 CFM 方式分别使这些探头工作,如果 2.5MHz 或/7.5MHz/10MHz的探头工作无干扰线,一般可以确定为 3.5MHz 腹部探头本身有毛病,需更换.如果几个探头分别工作时都出现干扰线,这就可以怀疑为电路板故障.如为电路板故障,只能一一更换怀疑有故障的电路板 (如T/Rcontroller, probeI/O 等) 来排除故障. 通过上述步骤判断为 C314G 故障,更换此探头,机器恢复正常工作,监示屏上无任何干扰线出现. <img data-s="300,640" data-type="jpeg" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz_jpg/dx3KibwtDhveSwdAeo4hjtI42EJsXOH5L7LI5ib9DtiblnPoooWiatv7OKe7PQ9OMZ5tnIUEE7FCuySgAh2iaicJV1tw/0?wx_fmt=jpeg" data-ratio="1.6444444444444444" data-w="270" />  故障二:故障现象:     一台东芝 140A 彩超接通电源后,仪器监示器屏上出现故障代码,按动键盘上其他按键,监示屏上无变化,仪器无法进入正常的工作状态. 故障分析:由于故障代码为一串长数字,没有资料可查,无法确定为何故障.根据故障现象分析,可能出现故障的电路板有:CPU 板,键盘 I/0 接口板,PULSER 板及 T/R 控制板等.    故障分析与处理:    将上述怀疑出现故障的板从母板中一一拔出, 仪器逐一通电并观察监示器屏上的显示.该仪器有两块 PULSER 板,当把编号为 PM30-22554(YWA2482×C)板从仪器中拔出, 再接通仪器电源,仪器经自检, 初始化几秒钟后, 在监示器屏上出现超声回波图像, 无故障代码出现,如再将此板插入母板,仪器通电,故障现象依旧,说明该板为故障板.该板上有 5 组输入电源,即:VH,-10V,+12V,±5V.当用万用表欧姆档×1Ω档测量该板上+5V 输入端(即该板与母板相连接的插入端)与板上 T1733 集成电路的第 20脚(+5V 电源输入脚)或其他集成电路(如 HC240,HC164 和HC564 等)5V 电源输入脚之间的电阻时,电阻为无穷大,说明+5V 电源没有加在这些集成电路上,致使这些集成电路没有工作,当仪器中 CPU 与该板通讯时,检测到故障,仪器不再继续工作.顺着该板+5V 输入端检查, 发现+5V 电源与电感(LCH15)串接再与板上集成电路的+5V 电源输入脚相连.仔细观察电感(LCH15)的中部有一个细小的裂纹,用万用表欧姆档测定,该电感已开路.用直径约 0.5mm 膝包线绕成外径为 3mm 左右,3～5 圈替代该电感.这时用万用表×1Ω档测量+5V 电源输入端与该板上所有集成电路的+5V 电源输入脚均已接通.但用万用表×1Ω档测量 +5V 与地之间的直流电阻约为 1Ω,这说明+5V 与地有短路.由于+5V 端与几十个集成电路和几十个电容相连, 其中任何一个元器件损坏均会造成短路现象, 也不可能将每个元器件焊下再测量,通过下述加压方法很快发现了故障元器件.首先将独立的 PC 机电源中+5V 输出端与一个约2Ω的水泥电阻串联,再将水泥另一端与电感(LCH15)输入端相连,并在+5V 电源输出端串接万用表(为电流档) ,接通 PC 机电源后,万用表指示电流约为 1A,再用手快速触摸板上各元器件,结果发现 74AC04F 集成电路与贴片电容 C651 表面温度较高.将 PC 机电源关断,焊下此电容,用万用表测量两端电阻约 1Ω,再用万表测量+5V 与地之间电阻有几百欧姆,由此可以断定为该电容短路致使电感(LCH15)烧断,该板得不到+5V 电源,出现上述故障.换上同型号的电容,将此板插入母板,仪器通电,恢复正常工作. <p style="text-indent: 0em;
