font-family: 宋体; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important;">球管的内部必须保持在高真空的状态，真空度一旦下降就会出现球管打火，造成球管就不能正常工作，下面就球管管芯真空度下降的几个原因及解决办法进行分析：</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; word-wrap: break-word !important; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 宋体; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important;">（1）.球管存放时间过长：球管管芯的管壳一般是玻璃或金属的，任何材料它的密闭性都是相对的，因为管芯内部是高真空，气体会通过玻璃或金属材料分子间的空隙进入到球管里面来，使真空度下降。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 宋体; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important;">（3）.球管制造不良：在球管的内部有很多需要焊接的部分，在焊接部分存在空腔、气泡，这些气体释放出来后会使真空度下降。球管管壳的电极引线、支架与玻璃的结合部，由于金属与玻璃的热膨胀系数不同，而且膨胀的线性关系也不一致，也会产生漏气问题。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 宋体; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important;">（4）.在使用中球管周边工作环境出现故障，使球管出现过热、打火，球管的过热，会 使球管的玻壳与金属的结合部分的膨胀系数超过线性膨胀区，使封接部分产生间隙，使冷却油及空气渗入到管芯里面来，使真空度下降，球管的过热，也都会造成管芯内材料过速放气，造成真空度下降，使用过久的球管由于灯丝和阳极蒸发出来的金属蒸汽太多，也是真空度下降的一个重要原因。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; word-wrap: break-word !important; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 宋体; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important;">以上所分析的真空度下降的一些原因，有一些真空度的下降可以通过加电老练的方式来提高真空度，有一些就只能宣布报废，一般因存放所引起的真空度下降，通过加电真空老练大多数都能恢复。而因为意外打火引起的真空下降（灯丝、阳极没有出现严 重的金属挥发现象，靶面平整，无明显烧伤），可恢复性大约占80%。因球管短时间的一次过热造成的真空度下降（短时间的一次性过热在当时不一定立即出现球 管打火，多次的球管过热会造成球管内的真空度下降过多，使球管完全报废），通过完整的养护一般恢复可能性较高。球管冷却油及球管内部积炭过多，会引起球管的管芯外打火，这种打火是非常危险的，有时会造成玻壳破碎及玻壳击穿。由于球管管壳的电极引线，阳极支架与玻壳的结合部分密封不良，有冷却油渗透到球管内 部，会在球管窗口附近形成不规则的炭化黑斑，窗口黑斑轻微的球管通过养护后一般可以继续使用，而窗口黑斑严重的球管一般没有拯救维修价值.</span></p><p><br  /></p><p style="line-height: 24.381px;
