<img data-type="gif" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz_gif/dx3KibwtDhvezhWjA9OE2EwumicC4kMAsKk2Pz01VsicM98wnG2rBnzvRXWGQfIaBFWuvAEFj8pu4K9TnhxowfPGw/0?wx_fmt=gif" data-ratio="0.1703125" data-w="640" />      5月1日，国家食药监总局（CFDA）审定通过的YY/T0287-2017 /ISO13485：2016《医疗器械质量管理体系用于法规的要求》标准正式实施。　        CFDA引入ISO国际标准 　　CFDA表示，YY/T0287-2017《医疗器械 质量管理体系用于法规的要求》（下称新版标准）等同采用了ISO13485：2016标准。 　　ISO13485标准是应用于医疗器械领域的质量管理体系标准，突出关注医疗器械的安全有效，强调组织提供的医疗器械要满足顾客要求和法规要求。 　　国际标准化组织（ISO）称，ISO13485：2016进一步突出以法规为主线，更加强调贯彻法规要求的重要性和必要性，提高了法规与标准的相容性；明确了质量管理体系的标准适用于医疗器械全生命周期产业链各阶段的医疗器械组织，进一步保证了医疗器械全生命周期各阶段的安全有效；加强了基于风险分析和风险管理的新要求；对医疗器械供应链和采购提出了新要求；同时还补充了医疗器械上市后监督、改进的新要求。 　　另外，该标准适用于涉及医疗器械生命周期的产业链的各类组织，即医疗器械的设计开发和生产企业、经营企业、物流企业、科研机构、维修服务公司、安装公司，以及向医疗器械组织提供产品的供方或其他外部方（如提供原材料、组件、部件、医疗器械、灭菌服务、校准服务、流通服务、维护服务等组织）。 　　2年内完成ISO新标准过渡 　　我国重视ISO13485最新标准。早在新版ISO发布的消息传出之后、投票通过之前，CFDA医疗器械标准管理中心就于2015年10月29日在北京召开ISO13485标准转化工作研讨会。会议建议器械企业迎合国际标准的新变化，积极转化新旧标准，提升企业竞争力。 　　有分析称，2003版的ISO13485将在新标准发布后3年失效，建议在2016版2年内完成过渡期，2018年以后企业不再运行2003版的要求。 　　医疗器械的生产方式、营销模式都在不断改变，ISO13485标准也在不断修改。在此之前，1996年和2003年，ISO分别于1996年和2003年发布过两个不同版本的标准指南。2016版本于2016年3月发布实施。 　　中国自主制定医械制度 　　与国际标准接轨的同时，中国自己的医械制度也陆续制定、发布。 　　同样于5月1日实施的，还有《医疗器械召回管理办法》。《办法》指出，根据医疗器械缺陷的严重程度，医疗器械召回分成三级。医疗器械生产企业做出召回决定后，一级、二级、三级召回分别应在1日内、3日内、7日内，通知到有关医疗器械经营企业、使用单位或者告知使用者。 　　除此之外，CFDA还修改了原《医疗器械标准管理办法（试行）》，制定《医疗器械标准管理办法》将于2017年7月1日起施行。CFDA表示，此举将对指导我国医疗器械标准化管理工作、规范标准制修订、促进标准实施和提升，提高医疗器械的质量等起到积极的推动作用。 <p style="max-width: 100%;
