管理要留“三杯羹”:不溢、不争、不乱

我们现代药企的管理者如果对员工太过苛求了,任何一点小的缺点都加以责备,则可能让员工无法与你亲近,心理上又无法承受。很多时候,员工已经因为失误而心理受到了自己的责备,如果管理者继续纠缠不放,给予严厉的指责,往往会让员工丧失了自信心,同时也丧失了对管理者的信任感。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;box-sizing: !important;">唐太宗也是容忍了魏征才有了唐朝的盛世,药企中老板及各级管理者也一样,有多大的胸怀就做多大的事业。企业发展靠人,企业发展到一定阶段,人才问题会变得异常突出。药企管理者必须要有人才意识,在企业整个发展过程中都要有人才战略,要有意识地发掘人、寻找人。要能够包容比自己更高、更强、更大的人。不仅要包容人,还要养贤,要广聚贤良。有了这些贤人,关键的时候发挥作用,就能够顺利渡过“大江大河”,克服一切困难。</span></p><p !important;">但管理者需要正清的是:忍让第一次叫气度,第二次叫宽容,第三次就变成软弱了。根据适宜时易区别对待,第一是宽容不等于纵容,不等于放任。宽容是对人的弱点的接纳,但不是对人错误的放任。第二、惩罚是基于管理的需要,是针对违纪行为的必要措施,有利于建立一个自律的团队。所以二者在管理中缺一不可。我们做管理者的,要智慧地用好这两个同样可以支持个人进步和企业成长的工具。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><br  /></p><section
