等先进仪器的输出设备,已经基本取代</span><span> 了多幅相机、全自动洗片机等。干式激光相机可以分为干</span><span> </span><span>式卤化银激光成像、干式热敏成像、干式喷墨成像。干式</span><span> </span><span>激光相机通常带有</span><span> </span><span>DICOM3.0</span><span> </span><span>接口,可以通过</span><span> </span><span>PACS</span><span> </span><span>网络连</span><span> </span><span>接多台设备,实现多台资源共享,目前成为大多数医院影</span><span> </span><span>像科室的最佳选择</span><span> </span><span>[1-2]</span><span>。</span></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><strong><span><span>1</span><span> </span><span>基本结构</span></span></strong></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span>激光相机一般由</span><span> </span><span>6</span><span> </span><span>大部分组成</span><span> </span><span>:开关电源、影像控制</span><span> </span><span>部分、抓片机构控制部分、激光打印部分、胶片传动部分、 </span><span>:激光产生装置产生激光,然</span><span> 后激光穿透一个转动的多菱镜再折射,折射后的激光束再</span><span> </span><span>经过聚焦透镜系统打印在胶片上</span><span> </span><span>[3-4]</span><span>。</span></span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span><span>一般情况下激光相机的工作流程为</span><span> </span><span>:影像主机发送至</span><span> 激光相机→影像处理系统进行处理→控制系统控制抓片机 构抓取胶片送入胶片传输系统→进入激光组件进行曝光→ </span><span>曝光后的胶片再由传送机构送入加热显影机构→输出胶片。 基本工作流程,见图</span><span> </span><span>2。</span></span></p><p><span><p><img src="image/20201019/9f58d964ceef58789a06bb3bc502dfe6_3.png" </span><span>DryView</span><span> </span><span>8100</span><span> </span><span>的升级版</span><span>本,其优势是打印速度快、安装维护方便。在使用过程中, </span><span>柯达相机也会出现问题,在熟悉机器基本原理以及工作流</span><span> </span><span>程的情况下,也可以达到快速解决问题,现总结该机</span><span> </span><span>3</span><span> </span><span>例</span><span> </span><span>故障情况,供同行参考。</span></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><strong><span><span>3</span><span> </span><span>故障案例</span></span></strong></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><strong><span>3.1</span><span> </span><span>案例一</span></strong></span></p><p><span><span>(1)故障现象</span><span> </span><span>:开机自检,报</span><span> </span><span>Error</span><span> </span><span>10-910,</span><span> </span><span>系统无法</span><span> 完成自检。</span></span></p><p><span><span>(2) 故 障 分 析 :查 询 故 障 手 册 得 知 10-910“No</span><span>Communication</span><span> </span><span>with</span><span> </span><span>the</span><span> </span><span>MCS”为通讯失败,通讯失败可以</span><span>有</span><span> </span><span>2</span><span> </span><span>种情况</span><span> </span><span>:①</span><span> </span><span>激光相机与</span><span> </span><span>PACS</span><span> </span><span>中图像主机的通讯问题</span><span> </span><span>;②</span><span> </span><span>激光相机中</span><span> </span><span>MCS</span><span> </span><span>与其他模块的通讯问题</span><span> </span><span>[5]</span><span>。</span></span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span><span>(3)故障排除</span><span> </span><span>:该故障是在开机自检情况下产生,因 </span><span>此不涉及第①种情况,此故障可能是机器</span><span> </span><span>MCS</span><span> </span><span>与其他模块</span><span> </span><span>通信产生问题,最直接的是相机内部通讯回路的通信线和</span><span> </span><span>通信板卡问题。经查通信线完好,打开机器取出机器内计</span><span> </span><span>算机,将</span><span> </span><span>PCMIC</span><span> </span><span>通讯卡金手指擦洗之后重新装上,故障依</span><span> </span><span>旧,因此需要测试板卡本身是否异常,将</span><span> </span><span>1</span><span> </span><span>块新硬盘克隆</span></span></p><p><span><span>之后,挂载到另</span><span> </span><span>1</span><span> </span><span>台电脑上,启动之后自动装完驱动程序, </span><span>系统自检进入开机界面,初步判断板卡应该正常,将此克</span><span> </span><span>隆硬盘重新挂载进</span><span> </span><span>8150</span><span> </span><span>主机,重启,机器正常。</span></span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span><strong><span><span>3.2</span><span> </span><span>案例二</span></span></strong></span></p><p><span><span>(1)故障现象</span><span> </span><span>:打印胶片,每张中间出现部分丢失性 </span><span>压缩。</span></span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span><span>(2)故障分析</span><span> </span><span>:此类故障没有故障代码,中间部分出 现丢失性压缩,估计是属于胶片经过</span><span> </span><span>pickup</span><span> </span><span>之后进入对中 装置时出现错误或者激光头驱动装置传送机构出现错误,</span><span> </span><span>如果是激光头故障则不可能整张片子全部中间部分丢失,</span><span> </span><span>因此判断该故障产生原因应该是机械性的,最有可能就是</span><span> </span><span>传片机构滚轴不平衡</span><span> </span><span>[6-7]</span><span>。</span></span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span><span>(3)故障排除</span><span> </span><span>:打开机器将废片从</span><span> </span><span>pickup</span><span> </span><span>处手动导入, </span><span>发现进入激光驱动装置部分有一根滚轴运动异常,拆下查</span><span> </span><span>看发现小轴承已碎裂,更换后,试机,机器出片正常。</span></span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span><strong><span><span>3.3</span><span> </span><span>案例三</span></span></strong></span></p><p><span><span>(1)故</span><span> </span><span>障现象</span><span> </span><span>:报</span><span> </span><span>Error</span><span> </span><span>21-118:</span><span> </span><span>Pickup</span><span> </span><span>Failed</span><span> </span><span>to</span><span> </span><span>go Home。属于机械故障,因此开前门检查</span><span> </span><span>pickup,但机器未</span><span> </span><span>正常打开前门,手动打开前门,发现片盒未合到位,手动</span><span> </span><span>合上,并取出片盒,仔细观察</span><span> </span><span>pickup,未见异常,放回片 </span><span>盒,重启,在</span><span> </span><span>pinckup</span><span> </span><span>检测时听到“咔擦”响声,立即关机,</span><span>手动打开前门,片盒位置如前,因此判断可能是</span><span> </span><span>pickup</span><span> </span><span>运</span><span>动时受外力导致故障</span><span> </span><span>[8]</span><span>。</span><br  /></span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span><span>(3)</span><span> </span><span>故障排除</span><span> </span><span>:卸</span><span> </span><span>下片盒托盘,</span><span> </span><span>发现过滤器过滤管</span><span> pickup</span><span> </span><span>上端固定箍断裂掉落进托盘导致机械手倾斜,因此 </span><span>当检测</span><span> </span><span>pickup</span><span> </span><span>时机械手抓取片盒封膜时卡住,去除掉落物,</span><span> </span><span>机器开机正常。</span></span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span><strong><span>4 </span><span> </span><span>小结</span></strong></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span>Kodak</span><span> </span><span>DryView</span><span> </span><span>8150</span><span> </span><span>激光相机属于精密仪器,使用过
