</span><span>在这里简单的介绍一下,</span><span>G60</span><span>这个型号的监护仪准确的名称应该叫做</span><span>“</span><span>模块式监护仪</span><span>”</span><span>也就是说整机的结构是由不同的功能模块,与负责数据分析及显示功能的主机两个部分构成。每个单独的模块能够实现即时拆装,也就是说模块中包括了</span><span>“</span><span>监护仪</span><span>”</span><span>的功能板,而主机中仅仅包含电源板、接口板、主控制板以及显示模组。</span><span></span></p><p><span> </span><span>这个模块包含了血氧、血压、心电以及体温功能,背面的两个接头负责供电,一个红外传感器负责信号传输。仔细观察工艺。令作者非常惊讶,这个模块的做工十分细腻,接缝整齐,表面的磨砂非常漂亮,所有的丝印以及灰色的喷涂水平很高,合模线极浅,整个外观未见到一处缩痕,组合件配合间隙匀称,这样的模具工艺若是国内生产绝对称得上一流的水平,非常漂亮。</span><span></span></p><p><span>本来作者是想进一步的拆解这个模块,但发现此模块的设计是一次性安装,不允许拆卸,所有的卡扣都很难触及,几经尝试均宣告失败,若不毁掉外壳拆卸是不可能的了。虽无法拆开,但是结合</span><span>“</span><span>迈瑞</span><span>PM9000”</span><span>的拆解经验,这里面包含的功能器件应该非常之多,能做到这种体积,代表集成度很高,这也能反映出在技术层面,上次那台迈瑞</span><span>“PM9000”</span><span>和本台仪器完全不是一个水平线上的产品。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span> /></p></span></strong></p><p><span>第一眼看去</span><span>G60</span><span>的整体感觉非常的简约,大的色块组合使得液晶的视域尺寸显得更大,按键以及旋钮通过颜色的误导被视觉忽略,叫人不禁联想到时下流行的以</span><span>“</span><span>苹果</span><span>”</span><span>为代表的</span><span>“</span><span>简约风</span><span>”</span><span>。通过这些细节,作者觉得这种视觉效果很显然是经过了非常有水准的外观设计。联想到</span><span>“</span><span>迈瑞</span><span>PM9000”</span><span>蓝白相间的</span><span>“</span><span>乡土时尚</span><span>”</span><span>风格,真的是相差太多太多。这个确实有</span><span>“</span><span>国际范儿</span><span>”</span><span>。</span><span></span></p><p><span><p><img /></p></span></p><p><span>侧面以及背面的设计圆滑饱满,整个显示部分呈</span><span>“</span><span>放射型</span><span>”</span><span>,看上去非常有味道。接口的金属版面也覆盖了一层灰色喷涂的塑料片,整体感觉比较和谐。提把的设计为一体式,线条流畅柔和,整体感很强,这样的一体设计无疑会增加模具难度,看来</span><span>“</span><span>飞利浦</span><span>”</span><span>对于美观还是非常有追求的。</span><span></span></p><p><span>作者仔细观察了真个仪器的外壳,居然没有找到一处缩痕,这样大的安装面积,螺柱肯定不少,能把缩痕控制到这样的水平,真的很不容易,据作者的初步猜测,这套磨具有可能是应用了水冷却的工艺才能达到这样好的效果,要知道水冷模具的造价可是十分不菲!当然这只是猜测而已,毕竟作者不可能完全掌握注塑行业的技术,但是可以肯定的是这套注塑模具的水平绝对是国内的一流,毫无疑问。与</span><span>“</span><span>迈瑞</span><span>”</span><span>低劣</span><span>的模具工艺相比,真的是天壤之别。</span><span></span></p><p><span><p><img /></p></span></p><p><span>外壳横向表面上有着大量的复合结构,散热孔等设计,这样的结构在注塑模具中需要靠</span><span>“</span><span>滑块</span><span>”</span><span>结构实现,如此多的滑块结构再一次验证了其不菲的身价。仔细观察细节,弯角细腻,直角平直,完全看不到溢料与毛刺,复杂的小细节也表现的非常好,光滑部分的平面在闪光灯下能映射出旁边的物体,而且丝毫没有变形。</span><span></span></p><p><span><p><img /></p></span></p><p><span>看看整机底部这个散热孔,又是一个极其复杂的大滑块结构。这个位置的</span><span>4</span><span>个安装螺丝并没有做任何隐藏结构,这个细节倒是和</span><span>“</span><span>迈瑞</span><span>”</span><span>如出一辙,还有待提高。同时在这些散热孔的间隙处,作者也难得的看到了一些缩痕,看来想达到真正完美的工艺确实太难。因为手中只有这一台样机,无法判断这是个别现象还是普遍问题,若只是个别现象这倒是也从另外一个方面体现出厂家</span><span>QC</span><span>的水平还有待提高。</span><span></span></p><p><span><p><img /></p></span></p><p><span>打开电池仓,小小一个盖板的内侧也设计了饱满的加强筋,工艺依旧精美。电池仓内侧包裹的很到位,金属件与外壳很好的接合,完全的遮盖了内部的结构,相比</span><span>“PM9000”</span><span>电池仓粗犷的设计,这个结构显然高了好几个档次。这个简单的细节再次体现了结构设计的水平。</span><span></span></p><p><strong><span>
