data-role="paragraph"><p><br  /></p></section></section><section><span>AI医生是一个集合了深度摄像头、智能化认知评估、语言评估、以及影像处理模块的“机器医生”，通过自动获取分析病人行走时的步态特征、读取病人的面部表情和语音，分析言语复述情况，以判断出是否存在脑功能障碍，同时还能对影像学的结果进行智能化判读。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>以“腔隙性脑梗塞”或者“缺血灶”的诊断为例，许多老年患者经常会在做完CT或者磁共振的报告上看到这样的诊断。</span><span>那么这个病变严不严重，会对患者有什么影响呢？</span><span>智能影像系统能够准确迅速地得出病灶的体积、所在的位置，并且判断严重程度，从而帮助医生做出诊疗判断。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>值得注意的是，对于许多脑部病灶、特征性的影像表现、随访判断变化程度，用人眼观察和评估有很大不确定性。</span><span>而人工智能则可以通过对数十万的数据影像进行分析学习，定位标记病灶。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section data-role="paragraph"><p><br  /></p></section></section><section><span>近年来，在新一代智慧医院的建设上，中山医院以医院专职团队为主导，融合利用大学研究院和科技公司技术优势，在真实场景中“沉浸式”的研发人工智能应用，形成了临床医生、AI算法工程师、大数据工程师等人员紧密合作的“团组模式”，有效应对了医疗AI应用中复合型人才缺乏、高质量数据集缺乏、真实场景结合不紧密等瓶颈问题。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>全院梳理的近90个人工智能临床应用，正在开发推进中，部分初见成效。</span><span>除“脑疾病智能诊疗门诊”外，肝肿瘤人工智能应用系统、胰岛素治疗方案推荐平台等，这种基于临床需求而研发的人工智能应用模式和应用场景，被认为将大大地帮助临床医生提升诊治能力，提高科创水平，进一步推动医院规范化、科学化和精细化发展。</span><span></span><span></span></section><section><br  /></section><section
