/></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>白知朋教授表示，大型医用设备质控既是个老问题，又是个新问题。他认为《大型医用设备维保服务质量管理与技术规范》的提出很有意义，既可以规范第三方维修市场，抑制维保费用的日益增长，同时还可以加强基层医疗机构，缓解老百姓看病难、看病贵的问题，有利于整个医疗行业的管理。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>白知朋教授以国家关于大型医用设备配置许可管理的历史沿革以及CT、MRI、DSA等几种大型医疗设备的装机情况为例，具体分析了市场现状，认为现在的第三方维修机制有待于完善配套，第三方维保的标准规范也有待于建立健全，行业的健康发展至关重要。白知朋教授最后指出，维保服务质量规范的建立任重道远，应采用“以点带面，约定成规”的方式，并对人才培训、职业鉴定加以重视。</span></p></section></section></section><section /></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>以CT、DSA两大设备为重点，祁建伟主任对浙江省大型医用设备的使用管理情况做了大致的介绍。他指出，历年来浙江省大型设备质控检查情况主要集中在性能和临床图像的质量。而对大型医用设备的使用评价同样是极为重要的环节，需要建立使用监测系统，定期考核关键性参数，从而对日常使用管理得出科学的评价。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>祁建伟主任高度评价此次研讨会为“里程碑式的会议”。他认为大型医用设备维保服务质量管理与技术规范同样是对整个行业的规范，在如何推进大型医用设备质控管理的协同化上，祁建伟主任表示要做到以下四点：全面性，权威性，可操作性以及兼容性。</span></p></section></section></section><section
