/></section><p><span>根据贵州日报的报道，目前茅台医院已完成主体工程的85%，预计将在2021年3月全面建成。据悉医院建筑包括一栋17层集门诊医技抢救医疗共用平台和两个独立病区为一体的医疗综合体，一栋8层的专家楼，一栋6层的行政楼，一栋3层的感染楼。项目定位为贵州一流、全国知名的三级甲等综合医院。项目建成后，将解决茅台集团员工和仁怀市及周边群众3000余万人就医问题。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>据贵州茅台集团官网报道，贵州茅台医院项目是由2015年度第三次董事会研究决定，报省国资委批准后筹建的，且邀请了国内外知名、行业技术领先、医院筹建经验丰富的多位专家多次论证探讨。在人才引进方面，财大气粗的茅台公司更是一掷千金。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>如此优厚的条件，茅台医院自然成了不少医护心目中的白月光。2019年7月茅台医院第三次拟招聘<strong>100名</strong>医疗护理人员，结果报名人数达到<strong>7000多人</strong>，<strong>录取比例仅为1/70</strong>，可谓竞争激烈。</span></p><p><br  /></p><section /></section><p><span>茅台医院的消息不是个例，日前美的集团投资百亿健医院的消息也备受关注，为什么这么多的巨头相继跨界健医院？首先当然是达医疗行业的前景广阔，吸引到多方资本入驻，其次是国家政策大力支持社会办医。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>自2012年以来，中国资本市场对社会办医疗机构和公立医疗机构的投资呈现出前所未有的井喷式增长。风险/私募投资机构、医药集团和医药产业链企业、保险资金共同组成了多元化的资本结构，接踵涌入市场。尤其在2015—2016年期间，交易数量持续创下历史新高，仅2016年发生的并购交易就达到31笔，实现交易规模20亿美元。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>过去十年的发展已经将社会办医推进到一个新的起点。再往后看十年，2030年是“健康中国2030”的收官之年，届时社会办医必将呈现全新风貌。未来十年，将是社会办医从量变到质变、从粗放到精细、从“拓疆域”到“练内功”的关键时期。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>为了实现这一目标，国家政策予以了大力支持，国家发改委在《促进健康产业高质量发展行动纲要（2019-2022年）》的文件中对社会办医和区域医疗中心的支持做了大篇幅的指示，从近期的大批县级医院、二级三级医院的升级来看，都纷纷指向区域医疗体系的建设。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img /></p><p><span>文件指出，<strong>将大力发展建设区域医疗中心</strong>。依托现有医疗机构，在全国范围内建设一批高水平临床诊疗中心、高水准临床科研创新平台、高层次人才培养基地。以<strong>提高区域内疑难病症诊治能力</strong>，逐步满足群众就近享有高水平医疗服务的需求，力争<strong>肿瘤、心脑血管、呼吸、儿科、创伤等</strong>重点疾病在区域内得到有效救治。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><strong><span>促进优质医疗资源下沉</span></strong><span>，推进高水平医院与基层医院建立责任、利益、服务和管理共同体，组建专科联盟，提升基层医疗管理和服务质量。<strong>同时支持优质社会办医扩容。</strong>支持符合条件的高水平民营医院跨区域办医，向基层延伸，实现品牌化、集团化发展。进一步<strong>发挥社会办医机制灵活、贴近群众的优势</strong>，支持社会力量举办<strong>全科医疗、专科医疗、中医药、第三方医技服务、康复、护理、安宁疗护等机构</strong>，与公立医院协同发展。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>从整体发展来看，未来社会办医将<strong>越来越重视为患者带来真正的价值</strong></span><span>，随着医疗机构总量的快速增加，市场竞争将会变得越来越激烈。社会办医要想在未来的竞争中立于不败之地，首先需要具有更加清晰的业务定位，形成与公立医院及其他社会办医竞争对手差异化的竞争优势。</span><span>从经营产品到经营客户，服务患者的</span><span>核心需求。</span><span>在战略保障上，拓宽融资渠道、提升资本效率，高效规划医生资源、重点打造</span><span>人才梯队。</span><span>在发展模式上，打通产业链、实现险医一体化，促进互联网和医疗的深度融合、积极发展智慧医疗。</span></p><p><br
