/></p></p><p><strong><span>忙碌：工作不分昼夜，担心自己突然死掉！</span></strong></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>“天天就这样作息不规律，工作量大，我就担心有时候我会突然死掉。”这是河南省人民医院、国家高级卒中中心主任医师朱良付感叹的一句话。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>他是河南省人民医院脑卒中救治的绿色通道小组组长。脑卒中是一种急性脑血管疾病，由于发病急、致残和致死率高，对医院的抢救速度提出了很高的要求。很多大型医院为此设立了专门的绿色通道，医生要做到24小时全天候待命。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>不管刮风下雨，接到急诊电话立马就要赶到医院。在医院替病患做手术做到凌晨，是家常便饭的事。等到回家吃口饭，一对女儿来不及看顾一下，转身又被电话叫出门。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img /></p></p><br  /><p><span>朱良付医生长期都处在这样一个高度紧张的两点一线中。他不仅担心病人的猝死，也担心自己在高强度、不规律的作息下会猝死。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>我国每年有超2000万的病人求诊，医疗系统面临着强大的压力。普通医生在岗，便已经叫苦不迭，更遑论朱良付这样的某一重大疾病领域的专家。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>南京鼓楼医院心胸外科的主任王东进也是如此。凭借手术成功率高达99%的精湛医术，王东进医生被誉为“心脏上的拆弹专家”。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>有时候一台手术，需要他在台上直挺挺地站上17个小时。在比拼医术之前，首先拼的是体力。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><strong><span>心累：一边救治患者，另一边患者恶言相向！</span></strong></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>“我想把你撕成碎片。”河南省人民医院朱良付医生平静地转述了患者曾对他说过的话。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img /></p></p><br  /><p><span>讽刺的地方在于，病人家属一边恶言相向，一边还不忘让朱良付为她看看心脏上的毛病。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>即使知道你是个好大夫，她也找你看病，可并不会耽误患者对医者的投诉。这便是一线医患关系最真实的写照——病人对医生充满着期待和依赖，离不开医生；但同时，他们也将医生当作了感情宣泄的出口，对他们满是敌对和不信任。紧张的医患关系，成为很多医生不得不面对的问题。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>朱良付医生讲了一句全片最为触动人心的话：“我们差不多要花上25年的时间，才能培养出一位主任医师，如果我要是死了，那就是浪费国家资源。”</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img /></p></p><br  /><p><strong><span>无力：医生是人不是神，不是万能的！</span></strong></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>医生会尽最大努力去救治患者，但家属也得有最坏的打算。医生不是万能的，面对死亡他们也会痛心。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>中国科学技术大学附属第一医院血液内科主任孙自敏谈起她职业生涯的“至暗时刻”时说：“在1990年，做过我们科15年的白血病回顾性分析，做了以后让人家很凄惨，所有的急性淋巴细胞白血病就剩一个病人，最后那个病人还是不在了，就整个全军覆灭。也就是我们这么多医生工作了15年，等于白干了，你没让一个病人活下来。所以我当时不想当血液科医生了……医生再苦，它支持我们的是什么呢，就是成就感，但是我们没有任何成就感，病人都死了，你讲我们天天在做什么……”</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><span>气馁归气馁，孙自敏医生还是迎难而上，她立志要攻克白血病。自2000年起，孙自敏医生带领她的团队进行非血缘脐带血移植，终于攻克了脐带血移植中植入率的难题，目前她所在的科室已成为世界上最大的脐带血移植中心，给许多白血病患者带去了希望。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>没有一个医生不希望患者得到治愈，但难就难在，有时候，因为当下的技术有限，有时候，因为金钱不足。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>南京鼓楼医院整形烧伤科徐晔医生接诊过一位59岁的大爷，因煤气爆燃造成全身95%的皮肤重度烧伤。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img /></p></p><br  /><p><span>老人需要每天换药，将全身的伤口揭开，上药，再重新包好。这种痛苦堪比酷刑，而徐医生也尽量做到尽职尽责，轻手轻脚，让病人不致遭太大的罪。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>针对老人的情况，徐<span>晔</span>医生建议他的儿子尽快决定为父亲做植皮手术，不然双手临时植的猪皮会面临感染，有很大风险。但儿子一再表示经济条件有限，已经陆续为老人的病花了二三十万，接下来多次反复的手术和后续治疗，已无力支付。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img /></p></p><br  /><p><span>徐<span>晔</span>医生为了让老人能继续接受治疗，特地向医院申请了2万元的重大疾病救助费。但面对后续无底洞式的金钱投入，老人的儿子最后选择了放弃，在手术前将父亲转移出院。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>徐<span>晔</span>医生的一片苦心最后付诸东流。他说起之前同样一位烧伤患者，最后也是选择出院，不久便离开人世，眼神里充满忧虑。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>面对无奈的事实，他告诉记者：“有时候可能医术都还没有碰到瓶颈的时候，就已经遇到人心的瓶颈了。”</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img
