data-role="paragraph"><p><span>据新浪医药不完全统计，今年Q3季度，已有52位药企高管离职，其中涉及诺华、GSK、吉利德等跨国巨头，也涉及恒瑞医药、君实生物、华海药业、山东步长等国内知名药企。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img hm_fix="328:278"><span><strong><span>高管离职的背后是无形的压力</span></strong></span></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p><br  /></p><p><span>从上述表格中，我们可以看到，药企高管离职原因里，个人原因所占比例最大，占到60%以上，而工作原因其次，占到20%以上。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>不管是个人原因还是工作变动的原因，都是表面的，更深层次的原因离不开医改带来的行业压力。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>虽然我们都说医药是刚需，医药行业是朝阳行业，但这些年来，新医改的不断推行深化，医保控费越来越紧，降价风暴下，医药行业是“动荡不安”。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>从重点监控辅助用药到带量采购，腾笼换鸟后，院内市场的药价水分不断被挤，很多药已经跌破地板价。虽然医药圈内很多人“怨声载道”，但是其实大家也都明白，这不仅是大趋势，也是正向的趋势。</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>在医保控费的不断包围下，药企面临着巨大的生存压力。尤其是国家带量采购与地方带量采购的双重夹击，中标与不中标，都很难。价格与市场二者不可兼得的情况下，他们只能选择创新。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>而事实上，创新也很难。开发新药的成本很高，药企投资回报率不断下降。药企如何权衡各方面的利弊，做出最适合企业发展的路子呢？这给很多药企高管带来了巨大的压力，无论是国内药企还是跨国药企，作为高管，他们必须根据形势做出新的选择和正确的策略。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>这里，我插一个题外话：去年看到一个知名药企的高管，当时还意气风发，但是今年再见时，突然老了许多，也憔悴了不少。据说，他每天都是开会，从早上6点开到晚上10点，然后各地跑，各种谈判。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>都说成年人的人生不容易，除了容易长胖与秃头，其它都不容易。而对于肩负更多责任与义务的药企高管来说，“欲戴王冠，必承其重”，压力是必不可少的。如果你的能力承受不了压力，那么离职会是最体面“救赎”。</span></p><p><br  /></p><section hm_fix="328:278"><span><strong><span>人才成为药企竞争的核心资源之一</span></strong></span></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p><br  /></p><p><span>在离职潮“汹涌澎拜”的另一端，则是企业对高端人才的抢夺加剧。据了解，目前，不少国内药企都在通过更有竞争力的薪资待遇、职位及全新职业的发展机会等条件，吸引更多专业化高端人才加入，以期组建更强大的人才团队，助力企业发展更稳健。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>众所周知，我国医药企业正从仿制药转向高端仿制药、创新药的特殊时期，这一时期，药企生存压力变大，竞争加剧，创新是药企“一决胜负”的关键点。从研发端，创新药的投入加大；从市场端，营销模式的创新转型势在必行。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>而一切创新的关键又回到了人才这一环节。只有人才才能推动创新，落实创新。因此，对各大药企来说，不管是国内药企还是跨国药企，专业、高端的人才队伍建设都是公司未来谋划的重点。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>据某药企工作人员表示，公司现在对人才都非常爱惜，会争取最大努力留住人才，招揽人才。只要你有能力，公司不倒闭，裁员不会轮到你。</span></p><p><br  /></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section><section
