/></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>科技部社会发展科技司司长吴远彬指出：</span><span>目前我国新冠疫苗已有11个进入临床研究阶段，</span><span>其中3个灭活疫苗和1个腺病毒载体疫苗已进入Ⅲ期临床试验。其他重组蛋白疫苗、mRNA疫苗和减毒流感病毒载体疫苗正在抓紧开展Ⅰ/Ⅱ期临床试验。</span><span>4个进入Ⅲ期临床试验的疫苗目前进展顺利。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>中国新冠疫苗将如何定价？科研攻关组疫苗研发专班工作组组长郑忠伟表示：新冠疫苗在中国的定价，将遵循其公共产品属性，必须要满足可及性和可担负性，一定是在大众可接受的范围内。</span></p><p><br  /></p><section><p><strong>疫苗或将有长期保护作用<br  /></strong></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>对于我国新冠疫苗何时获批上市的情况，国家药监局药品注册管理司负责人杨胜表示疫苗上市前需要完成临床前研究，Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期临床研究，</span><span>要通过Ⅲ期临床试验证明，证明疫苗的安全性和有效性达到设定的标准。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>此外，还要完成商业规模验证，证明拟上市疫苗可接受的安全性，明确的有效性和质量可控性。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>Ⅲ期临床试验进展的快慢受很多因素影响，例如受试者人数、受试者组数以及结果等。</span><span>研究人员将采取特事特办的原则，推动我国新冠疫苗尽快上市。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>新冠疫苗保护时间有多长？</span></p><p><br  /></p><section><p><span>中<span>国疾控中心流行病学首席科学家曾光表示：人类发现新型冠状病毒的时间仅仅9个月，每款疫苗接种后的保护时间有多长，还要做长期、大量的研究工作。</span></span><span>目前，我国最早接种疫苗的受试者血清监测结果显示，抗体依然维持较高水平，这提示了疫苗可能会有比较长期的保护作用。</span></p><section><section><section><section><section><section><section><br  /></section><p><strong>2021年可生产10亿只</strong></p><p><br  /></p></section></section></section></section></section></section><section><span>中国将生产多少新冠疫苗？如何分配？<span>科研攻关组疫苗研发专班工作组组长郑忠伟：按照估算，</span></span><span>预计到今年底，我国疫苗年产能可达6.1亿剂，明年可达10亿剂以上。</span></section><p><br  /></p><p><span>我们将人群分为三类：第一类是高风险人群，包括医疗和防疫人员、边境口岸工作人员、城市运行保障人员、大型农副产品和冷冻食品市场工作人员、其他公共场所工作人员等；</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>第二类是高危人群，包括老年人、儿童、患有基础疾病的人等；第三类是普通人群。未来，将按照高风险人群、高危人群、普通人群的顺序，安排接种。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><span>接种新冠疫苗之后还需要戴口罩吗？<br  /></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>中国疾控中心流行病学首席科学家曾光指出：</span><span>今年冬春季，除了新冠以外，还要面对流感、腺病毒等其他呼吸道传染病，而且没有任何一款新冠疫苗可以说100%有效。</span><span>更重要的是，对于大多数人来讲，未必在今冬明春就能接种到疫苗。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>因此，要根据国内新冠肺炎流行和其他呼吸道传染病的情况、通风措施情况，自身免疫状况来决定是否戴口罩。</span><span>特别是一些老年人、慢性病患者、儿童应该加强保护。此外，建议大家保持戴口罩、勤洗手、保持距离这些好的习惯。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>新冠早期症状和流感会有相似地方，一个是季节，再加上它们症状相似，</span><span>民众可以注射流感疫苗保护自己。</span></p></section></section><p><br  /></p><p><a
