故障现象

S2000机器在正常使用半小时左右自动关机，在关机过程未出现任何报错提示。

故障分析

彩超机器在使用过程中自动关机，一般是由于电源部分故障或机器散热效果差导致。由于机器开机过程正常，先考虑机器是否内部灰尘积累过多导致机器散热能力下降，打开机箱外壳后发现机箱内积聚了大量灰尘，进行除尘清理后再次开机进行测试，机器使用1小时后再次出现自动关机故障，由此判断该故障应与机器散热效果有关，电源部分出现故障可能性较低。由于此故障情况与一般计算机散热故障相似，一般计算机在主板CPU温度过高时会出现死机或自动关机，CPU温度过高则由于散热风扇或主板本身供电电路出现故障导致。S2000机器中RM板类似于计算机主板，更换该板进行测试，更换时触碰RM板感觉烫手，进一步印证了RM板散热效果差的可能。

故障排除

更换RM板后开机测试一下午未再出现自动关机故障，故障排除。
