故障现象

GE Voluson730彩超显示器出现严重偏色，显示字体模糊，机器使用过程中经常出现报错。

故障分析

该机器显示器出现严重偏色且显示字体模糊，向医院使用该机器的科室人员询问具体情况，科室人员表示机器接入工作站后工作站显示图像颜色正常且字体清晰，确定该故障为显示器本身故障。

询问HRS报错情况，科室人员表示该报错在机器使用过程中出现，且按提示重新启动机器后无报错，但在使用过程中又会再次出现该报错。到达医院现场后对机器故障情况进行了解，发现该机器在切换至四维探头并进入4D模式时出现HRS报错提示如下：

MotCtrl：No Referenzposition signal！

Action：confirm the message by the OK button,disconnect and connect the active probe and use it again,if again the message appears mostly the probe itself has an defect,so you should contact the Technical support

在点击OK关闭该提示框后，机器仍无法进入4D模式，并很快出现科室人员之前反映的HRS报错提示：

Error：MotCtrl RS232 communication timeout

Action：restart the system

该机器所有探头包括四维探头在2D模式下使用各种检查功能均正常，仅在四维探头进入4D模式时才会出现报错，在了解该故障情况后，调取了另一个四维探头RAB2-5L进行测试，测试结果该探头可正常进入4D模式使用，无任何报错，至此确定该报错故障为机器上原四维探头导致。
