<p style="margin-bottom: 20px;">随着外科技术的迅速发展,手术室的各类仪器设备逐年增多,要提高手术成功率,做好各种仪器的保养是一项重要工作。基层医院手术室由于专业设备技术人员较缺乏,对日常维护工作不够重视,造成设备在使用中出现问题而影响手术的进行。那么如何才能减少手术中不必要的麻烦,避免因仪器设备故障导致的安全隐患?</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;">首先应了解医院设备管理存在的问题:</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;">1、管理制度不完善</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;">手术室的仪器设备较多,基层医院手术室缺乏管理意识,未对仪器设备制定使用保养制度,无专人进行管理,日常维护未落实到位。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;">2、专业培训不够</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;">仪器设备进入手术室后,多是在初次安装使用时由厂家技师进行1次专业培训,由于学习时间短暂,讲解培训不能细化,同时未将注意事项逐一说明,使手术室工作人员掌握不牢固。日常工作中,科室未加强对所有仪器设备进行重点学习培训,出现小问题时不能自行解决,影响手术的正常使用。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;">3、未做到定期保养</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;">基层医院手术室内无专业技师,一般维护由设备科负责,但设备科的仪器专业技师人员匮乏,同时承担全院各个科室专利号的仪器设备的维修工作,不能做到专一,对手术室的仪器设备只能在出现问题时给予维修,其保养工作不能做到定期维护,对仪器的使用寿命有一定的影响。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;">4、不重视日常维护</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;">手术室工作人员缺乏对仪器设备的管理,不够重视对设备最基本的保养,仪器常因螺丝松散脱落甚至丢失,从而影响了设备的完好性及部件的连接,长时间得不到复位,使仪器整体结构受到损坏,缩短其使用寿命。未经常给设备上油保养,使设备的关节灵敏度降低,出现生锈现象。设备的轮轴在使用中受到挪动,易被缠绕一些缝线等异物,未及时处理掉,可使轮子制动差,最终轮轴不能转动而影响使用。无影灯的转杆螺丝不经常加固,会使其固定性差,术中不能保持灯光的位置,给手术顺利进行带来不便。仪器插头电源线出现小破损,如不及时修理,会造成短路的危险。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;">5、技术指导协同性难</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;">由于交通及环境影响,基层医院购置的设备在售后的技术指导上欠缺,日常使用时不能现场指导,出现问题时不能及时解决,多是通过电话指导,有的仪器故障需寄回厂家,从而影响手术的正常使用。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;">解决医院设备管理存在问题的对策:</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;">1、规范仪器设备管理</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;">制定完善的仪器设备管理制度和操作流程,购进新仪器时均请生产厂家的工程师或设备科的技师示范讲解新仪器的基本构造、工作原理、技术性能、操作方法及使用保养过程中的注意事项等,并做好现场笔记。制定该仪器的正常使用、消毒、保养制度,并将其塑成卡片,固定在该仪器上,便于查对和维修。认真组织学习设备使用说明书,结合实际在全科人员中进行培训,学习可能出现的故障及处理方法,熟悉要点知识,以便于使用时能做到随机应变,保证手术正常使用。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;">2、定期组织学习培训</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;">加强手术室护理人员对仪器知识的学习培训,由于仪器设备较多,不能人人在短时间内全部掌握。我们采用定人管理与培训的方法,每人指定一台仪器,对自己所管理的仪器进行专一的学习培训,认真掌握该仪器的所有功能、保养维护方法及易出现的故障及处理等,将使用心得运用文字表述,用作学习教材,并负责培训科室的其他人员。经过一段时间的学习培训后,护理人员相互转换,交换管理仪器,逐步达到手术室护理人员对每台设备性能维护掌握的程度,提高护理人员正确使用设备和排除仪器故障的能力,减少因仪器使用操作不当引起的工作隐患。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;">3、加强技术指导</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;">与设备科技术人员加强协作,协调医院有关部门与厂家建立良好的合作关系,在仪器的使用和维护上加强技术指导。在使用过程中多与工程师沟通、联系,了解运行中出现或可能会出现的问题,掌握可以自己处理的方法,经常对设备进行检修维护,工程师定期进行现场演示和指导,以提高设备的精准使用,避免因操作不熟练而造成对仪器的损耗。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;">4、专人定期日常维护</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;">对仪器设备制定日常维护保养措施,由专人进行维护,制定利于工作需要的维护方法,每天使用前做好术前清洁,并检查是否处于备用状态,各开关的正常性,以保证手术的正常使用。每周对手术室的设备彻底清洁处理1次,清理轴轮上的异物包括缝线等,检查所有仪器设备的各个旋钮、每个部件、每个电源插头是否处于正常,配件面板有无破损现象,发现异常及时与设备科技师联系,及时处理,及时完善。每月把仪器上的螺丝旋紧,包括无影灯、手术床,各个轴关节处上油、除锈,再次检修手术室全部仪器设备,按照每个设备说明书上要求的保养措施,进行1次全部的维护工作,每个仪器按照使用操作流程运行试用1次,检查有无异常,并做好记录以备查。定期调查科内仪器设备在使用过程中有无异常,及时发现可能存在的安全隐患,并进行维护处理。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px;"><img class="pic-cursor-pointer" data-ratio="0.9906367041198502" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz_jpg/A1DicCH9Vl6Mg15co3L5Mkvft1QPVFG3CHbunHpVeA36hDOVjkZ2jeU0kWb5DYafiaedj3z50iafKsCZJvrgNc3HQ/0?wx_fmt=jpeg" data-type="jpeg" data-w="534" height="495" style="margin-right: auto;
