板块业绩增速放缓医疗器械行业洗牌将加速

医药网3月14日讯　截至3月13日晚，在43家医疗器械公司中，已有28家披露2016年业绩预告。其中，18家公司净利润有所增长，6家下滑，4家不确定。整个板块业绩增速明显放缓，尽管净利润增长的公司不少，但增幅多较小，主业增长更是寥寥无几。在监管日益严格的背景下，行业洗牌将加速。 　　整体业绩承压 　　Wind统计数据显示，上述28家公司2016年营业收入较上年同期平均增长约3%，净利润平均增长约5%。 　　在净利润预增的18家公司中，同比增幅在30%以上的包括宝莱特、和佳股份、九安医疗、博晖创新、万东医疗、鱼跃医疗、乐普医疗、乐心医疗、戴维医疗。此外，凯利泰、迈克生物、欧普康视净利润小幅上涨。值得注意的是，这些公司的净利润多源于外延式扩张并表，依靠自生的增长寥寥无几。 　　净利润降幅超过20%的公司包括阳普医疗、三鑫医疗、东富龙、三诺生物、千山药机、理邦仪器。对于业绩下滑的原因，这些公司的理由基本相同：受整体经济环境下行及行业政策影响，制药行业增速放缓，制药设备需求下降，市场竞争激烈。 　　从事冻干机的东富龙，大输液设备的楚天科技、千山药机，固体制药设备的迦南科技，整体业绩不佳。东富龙预计实现营业收入13亿元，同比下降14.94%；实现净利润为2.3亿元，同比下降38.24%。千山药机预计营业收入为7.6亿元，同比增长39.28%；净利润为4374.51万元，同比减少26.81%。楚天科技预计营业收入为11.26亿元，同比增长15.55%；净利润为1.55亿元，同比增长0.85%。迦南科技预计实现营业收入为3亿元，同比增长38.81%；实现净利润6223.06万元，同比增长20.94%。　　翻阅历年财报发现，2015年，东富龙实现15亿元营业收入、3.8亿元净利润。 　　行业景气度下滑 　　设备制造行业是药品生产中重要环节。对于行业景气度下滑，中国医药企业管理协会会长于明德认为，首先是国产装备制造水平低，只能满足某些环节，很多情况下难以提供整条生产线配套生产，利润高的部分常常被海外企业瓜分。其次是国内药品企业生产管理意识落后，主动改善生产线提高产品质量生产效率意识不足。 　　于明德说：“东富龙、楚天科技、千山药机的业绩都在2015年前后达到高峰，2016年后出现了较大幅度下滑。深层次原因在于药企2015年底需要完成GMP认证，迫使药企在此阶段进行大规模设备投入。随着认证大限截止，企业在此的投入动力大大下降，设备公司自然陷入困境。” 　　值得注意的是，东富龙、楚天科技、千山药机属于液体制剂机械，与相关公司科伦药业、华润双鹤、华仁药业的业绩关联起来看，其业绩下滑的原因正是在严格的限抗令背景下行业需求收缩所致。而提供固体制剂的设备迦南科技依然能够保持20%的稳健增长，高于整个药品行业增速。这说明片剂、胶囊剂的市场景气度好于输液产品。 　　对于整个医疗器械行业而言，目前中国医疗器械生产企业近16000家，同类产品生产企业往往多达十几家、几十家，乃至上百家，而企业间的生产标准不一，总体水平参差不齐。2016年以来，国家开始在医药行业推行营改增、两票制、医用耗材降价等政策，这些因素将促使行业洗牌加速。 　　多维度选择投资标的 　　“医疗器械市场广阔，同时存在单个领域市场规模小、参与企业众多、市场竞争激烈的问题。从投资角度而言，寻找产业政策支持、市场空间大的细分领域尤为重要。”华泰证券医药研究员万明亮认为。 　　首先是政策支持的领域。高端医疗器械国产化是当前政策重点鼓励的方向。《中国制造2025》指出，医疗器械的创新能力和产业化水平必须提高，影像设备、医用机器人等高性能诊疗设备，全降解血管支架等高附加值医用耗材，可穿戴、远程诊疗等移动医疗产品是发展重点。其后，国家食药监总局出台配套措施，对高端医疗器械实行优先审评。 　　其次是监管日益严格，行业内规范化的公司有望强者恒强。2015年以来，国家加大对医疗器械生产和流通企业的检查，并开展医疗器械标准化体系建设。生产经营不规范的企业逐渐被清理出市场，而经营规范的龙头企业将赢得更多市场份额。 　　此外，慢性病管理类器械的需求将爆发。万明亮认为，人口老龄化将带来心血管和糖尿病发病率提升，患者的健康管理和用药指导的智能器械需求巨大。从已有政策看，慢性病管理类的器械符合国家分级诊疗的医改方向。 <span style="color: rgb(62, 62, 62);
