data-role="paragraph"><p><br  /></p></section></section><p><span>众所周知，人类通过观察蝙蝠，学会了使用超声波，起初人们将超声波用于工业，军事等领域，直到1942年，奥地利人Dussik开始应用A型超声（穿透法）检查及诊断颅脑疾病。从1952年起，B型超声开始应用于临床，对腹部、泌尿系统、妇产科开始进行广泛的应用。1974年灰阶、实时超声的出现，超声可以实时动态地观察人体脏器的活动，如心脏的跳动、胎儿在子宫内的运动等，给超声的发展创造了有利的条件，超声才在后来广泛地应用于临床。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><span>世界上第一台用于人体的超声设备</span><br  /></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>不过因为色阶仅有黑白双色的原因，20年间超声诊断产品尽是黑白超声，直到20世纪80年代末，多普勒原理和技术的运用，终于终止了世上只有黑白超声的时代，打破传统超声只能显示人体组织结构信息的局限！彩超的诞生也因此被称为超声医学的“第二次革命”。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>然而在超声第二次革命的时代下，我国国产彩超的诞生和品牌发展却困难重重，曲折离奇，究竟是怎么回事呢？</span><span></span></p><p><strong><span><br  /></span></strong></p><section data-brushtype="text"><strong>开局——外国巨头的绝对垄断</strong></p></section></section><section></section></section></section><section data-role="paragraph" data-color="#27939d"><p><br  /></p></section></section><p><span>在彩超诞生的初期，全球超声市场仍然以黑白超为主，能够做到仅聚焦彩超生产的厂商在国际上也不多见，故生产规模较为有限。</span><span>而随着彩超的临床需求逐步扩大，国外巨头医学影像企业通过并购、整合，将核心技术的集中、转移，逐渐建立了完善的研发、生产及销售平台，垄断之势已经初现。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>因为种种原因，彼时的中国市场上以中外合资开发为主流，多数国产企业无奈之下只能选择与外企合作，但彩超的核心技术往往被外企牢牢掌控，在高端医疗器械，尤其是彩超领域，“GPS”三大超声巨头占据了市场95%以上的份额，形成了绝对垄断。</span><span>当时的国产超声品牌还停留在只能生产黑白超的水平，无法涉足彩超领域。</span><span></span></p><p><br  /></p><section data-brushtype="text"><strong>破局——“技术突破+海外切入”打响中国品牌</strong></p></section></section><section></section></section></section><section data-role="paragraph" data-color="#27939d"><p><br  /></p></section></section><p><span>外企垄断情况导致彩超产品的价格和维修成本过高，让医院及患者承担了很大的成本压力，国家对于国产彩超的需求声音水涨船高。</span><span>在这样的背景下，国内迫切的需要一个能够生产拥有自主知识产权彩超的机构。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>“中华B超第一人”姚锦钟先生当仁不让的接过这杆大旗，带领团队成立了开立医疗，着手开展国产彩超的研发。</span><span>此时姚锦钟先生的团队在超声产品研发方面已经有些心得，尤其在探头技术上有坚实的基础，但在彩超整机系统技术方面却仍有欠缺。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><br  /><span></span></p><p><span>开立的主创团队深知自身弱点，在经验、技术、人才等资源匮乏的当时，由自己开发整机系统实属不智，只能效仿国内主流风气，去国外请“外援”，但开立团队在选择合作方时认准了一个道理：</span><span>开发可以合作，但技术必须留在中国！</span><span>后来，当时与开立合作研发的美国团队（Sonowise）被开立收购。</span><span>强强联手之下，历时两年，终于制造出真正意义上的中国第一台具有自主知识产权的全数字便携式彩超—— <span><strong>SSI-1000</strong></span>，该彩超基于计算机软件成像，在速度提升的同时有效降低了成本，这在当时仍然依靠硬件成像为主流的彩超市场中引发了很大关注。</span><span></span></p><p><span></span></p><p><span></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><span>开立医疗团队及美国团队合影</span><span></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>“我们当时生产基于软件的彩超设备，技术路线是和世界同步的。</span><span>”开立医疗董事长陈志强回忆道：</span><span>“基于软件的彩超，性价比、产品升级的灵活性等都有很好的优势。</span><span>技术方向的正确也是非常重要的！</span><span>”</span><span></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>然而世事无常，正在开立欢天喜地准备向市场推出这款国产首台便携彩超时，市场却给了开立当头一棒。</span><span>此时国内有能力、有需求采购便携彩超的医疗机构基本都是大型三甲，对设备要求甚高，加之进口产品统治市场多时，医院很难对这款国产第一台便携彩超产生信任，不看好国产设备能够形成有效的“国产替代”。</span><br  /></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>开立主创团队立即意识到，在当下的市场环境中，想要从外企环绕的国内市场打开局面，需要投入大量的时间、金钱成本，可如果能够率先得到海外市场的认可，就可以通过产品的实际性能来获得当地经销商的认可，再通过相关的展会等展出机会来进行海外市场的推广。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>因此，打开海外市场立即成为开立的主要目标，2004年，SSI-1000便携式彩超相继取得欧盟CE、美国FDA认证以及中国药监局的产品注册，正是这种“曲线救国”的策略，终于让SSI-1000和开立医疗得到了国内外医疗从业人员的认可。</span><span></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img
