大数据看FDA之二十:放射科Top50产品连线NMPA,医用成像独大

/></p></p><p><span>放射科是FDA</span><strong><span>排名第10</span></strong><span>的医学专业类目,截止2018年年底,登记在案的产品分类代码一共</span><span><strong>1</strong></span><strong><span>35个</span></strong><span>。</span></p><p><span>从医疗器械分类来看,FDA的放射科产品</span><strong><span>88</span></strong><strong><span><span>%属于</span><span>Ⅱ</span><span>类,没有</span><span>Ⅲ</span><span>类</span></span></strong><span>产品。FDA获批放射科产品数量Top10国家中,</span><span><strong>日本</strong></span><span>的放射科在本国获批科目中排名第一,</span><strong><span>韩国和荷兰</span></strong><span>排名第二,</span><strong><span>以色列</span></strong><span>第四。</span></p><p><span>智械按照产品分类代码不同进行统计,并按产品数量进行排序。</span><strong><span>前50项产品分类代码所对应的产品数量、比例、类别如下图所示</span></strong><span>。</span></p><section><span><span>表:FDA放射科</span><span>产品代码<span>Top50</span></span></span></section><section><p><img /></p></section><p><br  /></p><p><strong>首先,智械对Top50产品代码进行了分类。</strong></p><p><span>放射科<span>Top50产品</span>按照</span><strong><span>产品用途</span></strong><span>分成</span><span><strong>14类</strong></span><span>。X射线成像系统12个,放疗6个,X射线配附件5个,防护5个,设施4个,影像处理4个,具体如下图。</span></p><p><span>图:FDA放射科产品用途分类</span></p><section><p><img /></p></section><section></section><p><span></span></p><p><strong>然后,从产品类型来分析,并连线NMPA分类目录。</strong><br  /></p><section><span>通过对照,智械发现,这50个产品代码主要分布于2个NMPA子目录,即</span><strong><span>05-放射治疗器械和06-医用成像器械</span></strong><span>。其中06-医用成像器械占87%。</span></section><section><span><strong><span><strong><span>▋</span></strong></span></strong><strong>X射线成像</strong></span></section><section><span>放射学Top50中X射线成像设备及配附件共计17项,合计产品数量在本学科的所有产品中所占的比例为21.99%。</span></section><section><span>17项分类代码中,包括12项X射线成像设备和5项X射线成像配附件。产品占比最多的是<strong><span>计算机X射线体层扫描系统</span></strong>(JAK,5.96%),其次是带影像增强功能的荧光X射线成像系统(JAA,1.87%)。血管造影机(IZI,1.26%)和介入荧光X射线成像系统(OWB,1.11%)以及乳腺和口腔专用的X射线成像设备均出现在Top50之中,甚至连</span><strong><span>传统的胶片显影X射线成像系统(JAC,0.39%)也入围Top50</span></strong><span>,尽管排在后列。</span></section><section><span>NMPA新版分类目录中的X射线成像相关产品被划归入『06 医用成像』子目录下的</span><strong><span>『06-01 诊断X射线机』</span></strong><span>和</span><strong><span>『06-02 X射线计算机体层摄影设备(CT)』</span></strong><span>2个一级产品类别之中。</span></section><section><span>此外,入围Top50的X射线成像配附件有5项,涵盖X射线高压发生器、X射线管、X射线管套、X射线探测器、X射线影像板、X射线胶片等产品类型。它们在NMPA新版分类目录中分属于</span><strong><span>『06-03 X射线发生、限束装置』</span></strong><span>、</span><span><strong>『06-04 X射线影像接收处理装置』</strong></span><span>和</span><span><strong>『06-05 X射线附属及辅助设备』</strong></span><span>3个一级产品类别。</span></section><section><p><img /></p></section><section><span></span><span>图:X射线,来源网络</span></section><section></section><section><span><strong><span><strong><span>▋</span></strong></span></strong></span><span><strong>超声影像</strong></span><span></span></section><section><span>放射学Top50产品代码中,与超声影像相关的有</span><strong><span>4项</span></strong><span>,包括2项超声影像系统和2项超声影像配附件,合计产品数量在本学科的所有产品中所占的比例</span><strong><span>高达</span></strong><strong><span>27.24%</span></strong><span>。</span></section><section><span>上述4项产品代码中,超声诊断用探头(ITX,11.10%)、超声脉冲回波成像系统(IYO,8.73%)和超声脉冲多普勒成像系统(IYN,7.12%)分列Top50的第2-4位,略低于位于首位的放射影像处理系统(LLZ,12.88%)。另外一项入围Top50的超声影像配附件是超声用耦合剂(MUI,0.29%),位列第48位。</span></section><section><span>根据NMPA新版分类目录,上述4项入围Top50的超声影像类产品代码,依次分别对应于</span><strong><span>『06-08-04 超声探头』</span></strong><span>、</span><strong><span>『06-07-01 超声脉冲回波成像设备』</span></strong><span>、</span><strong><span>『06-07-02 超声回波多普勒成像设备』</span></strong><span>和</span><strong><span>『06-08-01 /></p></section><section><span></span><span>图:超声,来源网络</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span><strong><span><strong><span>▋</span></strong></span></strong><strong>磁共振成像</strong></span></section><section><span>放射学Top50产品代码中涉及磁共振成像的仅有2项,分别为磁共振成像系统(LNH,5.31%)和磁共振专用线圈(MOS,4.25%),二者合计产品数量占比为9.56%,接近总数量的十分之一。</span></section><section><span>在FDA的产品代码设计中,并没有对磁共振的磁体形式进行细分,因此包括了永磁、常导和超导全部3种磁体类型。而NMPA新版分类目录对此三者进行了细分,分别对应了</span><strong><span>『06-09-01 永磁型磁共振成像系统』</span></strong><span>、</span><strong><span>『06-09-02 常导型磁共振成像系统』</span></strong><span>和</span><strong><span>『06-09-03 超导型磁共振成像系统』</span></strong><span>3个二级产品类别。</span></section><section><span>因此,上述两项FDA产品代码在Top50中</span><strong><span>分列第6和第7位</span></strong><span>,与超声影像和X射线计算机体层扫描(CT)不相上下。</span></section><section><p><img /></p></section><section><span></span><span>图:磁共振,来源网络</span></section><section></section><section><span><strong><span><strong><span>▋</span></strong></span></strong><strong>核素成像</strong></span></section><section><span>有3项核素成像产品代码进入放射学Top50,合计产品数量占比为2.84%。</span></section><section><span>排在靠前位置的是计算机发射体层扫描系统(KPS,2.29%),位列第10名。与磁共振类似,</span><strong><span>FDA对核素成像的激发方式不做进一步细分</span></strong><span>,因此KPS产品代码包含了单光子发射和正电子发射两种激发方式,它们在NMPA新版分类目录中分别对应</span><span><strong>『06-11-02 单光子发射计算机断层成像设备』</strong></span><span>和</span><strong><span>『06-11-03 正电子发射断层成像设备』</span></strong><span>两个二级产品类别。</span></section><section><span>另外两项入围Top50的产品代码分别为伽玛闪烁照相机(IYX,0.28%)和核素吸收探测器(IZD,0.28%),分列第49和50位。</span></section><section><p><img /></p></section><section><span></span><span>图:OCT,来源网络</span></section><p><br  /></p><section><span><strong><span><strong><span>▋</span></strong></span></strong><strong>影像处理与显示</strong></span></section><section><span>产品代码Top50中有5项与影像的处理、存储、传输和显示相关,分别为LLZ(放射影像处理系统,12.88%)、LMD(放射数字影像通讯系统,1.03%)、LMB(放射数字影像存储装置,0.75%)、PGY(放射影像诊断用显示器,0.63%)和NFJ(眼科影像管理系统,0.38%)。其中,</span><strong><span>放射影像处理系统在本学科Top50中位列首位</span></strong><span>,产品数量超过学科总数量的八分之一。</span></section><section><span>值得一提的是,</span><strong><span>FDA产品代码不对系统和软件做进一步区分,一个独立的系统和一个独立的软件,如果其功能是相似的,即分配至相同的产品代码中。</span></strong><span>这一点与NMPA新版分类目录的分类原则有显著的区别。</span></section><p><p><img 医用射线防护用具』</strong></span><span>和</span><strong><span>『06-06-02 医用射线防护装置』</span></strong><span>两个二级产品类别。而对于放射科专用设施,NMPA未有相应的分类编码。</span></section><p><p><img /></p></p><p><span>截止2018年年底,FDA神经学的产品分类代码一共135个。88%产品属于属于Ⅱ类,没有Ⅲ类产品。</span></p><p><span>对照NMPA分类子目录,Top50的分类代码主要分布在06-医用成像器械占87%;放射治疗分布在05-放射治疗器械。</span></p><p><span>Top50产品代码种类最多的是X射线成像;数量最多的是超声影像。放射影像处理系统在本学科Top50中位列首位,产品数量超过学科总数量的八分之一。</span></p><p><br  /></p><section
