data-id="99383"><section><section><section><strong><span>卫健委最新发文，大型医用设备配置标准调整</span></strong></section><section><br  /></section></section></section></section><p><br  /></p><section><span>近日（8月20日），河北省卫健委最新发布了一则《关于河北省卫生健康委关于调整2019-2020年河北省乙类大型医用设备配置实施方案的通知》（以下简称《通知》）。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><p><img /></p></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>《通知》中，河北省卫健委表示，根据国家卫健委发布的《关于调整2018-2020年大型医用设备配置规划的通知》，现将对2019-2020年河北省乙类大型医用设备配置规划总数和2020年度新增分配进行调整。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>调整后，2019-2020年全省乙类大型医用设备配置规划总数达到1238台，新增配置规划指标192台。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>具体如下：</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><p><img /></p></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>并且，河北省卫健委还表示，2020年下半年乙类大型设备配置许可工作，将于近期启动。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>换句话说，河北省内大型医用设备的配置工作将于近期正式落地。</span></section><section data-id="99383"><section><section><section><section><br  /></section></section><section><span><strong><span>大型设备配置潮开启，全国新增1.2万余台</span></strong></span></section><section><section><br  /></section></section></section></section></section><section><span>事实上，早在不久前的7月末，国家卫健委就发布了《国家卫生健康委关于调整2018-2020年大型医用设备配置规划的通知》（国卫财务函〔2020〕315号）。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>根据规划要求，将对2018—2020年大型医用设备配置规划进行调整。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>调整后，2018—2020年甲乙类大型医用设备规划12768台，其中：甲类大型医用设备配置规划281台，乙类大型医用设备配置规划12487台。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>根据器械采购目录显示，本次需要采购的甲型大型医疗器械包括质子放射治疗系统、正电子发射型磁共振成像系统(英文简称PET/MR)、高端放射治疗设备以及首次配置的整台(套)单价在3000万元人民币以上的大型医疗器械。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>其次，乙类大型医用设备将包括X线正电子发射断层扫描仪(PET/CT)、内窥镜手术器械控制系统(手术机器人)、64排及以上X线计算机断层扫描仪(64排及以上CT)、1.5T及以上磁共振成像系统(1.5T及以上MR)以及直线加速器(含X刀)以及伽玛射线立体定向放射治疗系统。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>&nbsp;从具体品目和区域数量分布来看，甲类大型医用设备中，正电子发射型磁共振成像系统（PET/MR）新增规划数为77台，较原规划的28台，增加了175%；</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>乙类大型医用设备中，内窥镜手术器械控制系统（手术机器人）新增规划数为225台，较原规划的154台，增加了46%；X线正电子发射断层扫描仪（PET-CT）新增规划数为551台，较原规划的377台，增加了46%。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>可以说，在2020年下半年，百亿级的大型医用设备采购潮将很快开启。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><p><img data-id="99383"><section><section><section><section><br  /></section></section><section><span><strong><span>大型医疗设备加速进院，国产械企机会来了</span></strong></span></section></section></section></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>事实上，由于此前疫情影响，我国各个地区院内大型医用设备的配置早已刻不容缓。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>与此同时，随着国家对于补齐公共卫生领域短板的重视程度不断加强，无疑也是带动了大型医用设备市场需求的不断扩大。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>值得注意的是，在全国范围内，全面推进国产大型医疗设备进院的政策支持也在接连落地。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>就在不久前的7月下旬，广东省财政厅就发布文件表示，将加大公立医院对国产自主品牌大型医用设备配置的支持力度。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section
