/></span></p><p><span>10月13日电当地时间12日，美媒消息称，由于参与者出现不明原因的症状，美国强生公司正在进行的新冠疫苗研究已经暂停。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>据美国媒体STAT News报道，强生公司已经向研究人员证实，规模6万人的疫苗试验已经暂停，用于招募志愿者的在线系统也已经关闭。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>强生公司也已经证实了疫苗研究暂停，原因跟接种者出现了不明原因的症状有关，不过他们没有提及具体信息，理由是尊重参与者的隐私。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>强生公司解释说，出现这种不良症状就是临床研究的预期部分，而且强生公司特别强调了研究暂停与临床搁置的区别，后者才是正式的监管措施，会持续很长时间。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>对于研究人员来说，6万人规模的临床试验出现不良反应其实是很正常的，并不足为奇。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>美媒《商业内幕》报道指出，这是美国新冠病毒疫苗研发在后期试验中遭遇的第二次重大挫折。早前在9月8日，阿斯利康制药公司因一名受试者出现“剧烈副作用”，叫停了全球第三期临床试验。目前该试验在英国已重启，但美国部分的试验仍处于暂停状态，等待更多数据的证明。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>阿斯利康的疫苗采用腺病毒载体重组路线。辉瑞与Moderna公司均采用RNA（核糖核酸）疫苗路线，但这类疫苗此前并没有被批准上市过。在目前全球9个进入第三期临床试验的疫苗项目中，中国占据5个，其中陈薇院士的中国军事科学院团队研发的也是重组腺病毒载体疫苗，余下4项为灭活疫苗。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>来源：海外网</span><br
