故障现象

开始使用没多久卡在某一界面，之后完全死机

故障分析

死机故障多为PC端方面故障，卡住的界面提示发现新键盘，可能是系统驱动故障导致不兼容或者数字键盘短路所致。

更换系统硬盘，故障依旧，考虑数字键盘方面故障，但断开其与控制面板的连接还是出现同样的问题，因为是在使用时才会出现此故障，所以怀疑可能是面板部分存在短路，需要进一步检测。

该机器使用的是XP系统，利用该系统的一个keyboard test软件可以准确地检测键盘方面是否存在问题

点击控制面板上的按键后，情况如下

即使断开数字键盘与控制面板的连接情况依旧，由此可判断故障为面板短路导致不断触发数字键盘引起系统崩溃

故障总结

更换控制面板，机器恢复正常
