font-size: 16px; line-height: 32px; text-indent: 30px;">负责该药全部临床试验组织的北京佑安医院感染中心主任、国家卫计委艾滋病专家咨询委员会委员吴昊教授介绍，他们将208例一线药物治疗失败的HIV感染者分两组进行多中心随机临床试验，对照组采用世界卫生组织标准二线治疗方案，治疗48周。中期数据总结显示，一个主要和三个次要试验终点指标全部提前达到预期，其中80.4%试验组患者血液病毒被抑制到低于检测灵敏度（50拷贝／毫升），而对照组仅有66.0%患者达到这个主要药效目标。试验组另外三项疗效指标，包括有效治疗百分比、病毒浓度绝对值下降幅度以及免疫力提高也全部达到。 </span><br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);
