资本涌入第三方医学影像行业尚未步入爆发期

近日，美年健康与西门子医疗正式签署协议，共同设立与运营一家独立医学影像诊断中心。  <img data-s="300,640" data-type="jpeg" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz_jpg/dx3KibwtDhveG4jnjWiarAGX1gOpNqF8Mm5EbPsC9icBsux4YdWZSbHFwJBich9LgQDoAniaqXut1czk8NibyZoL8NNA/0?wx_fmt=jpeg" data-ratio="0.5963636363636363" data-w="550" /> 此举意味着美年系的医疗生态版图再添一环，按照美年健康董事长俞熔的思路，美年健康一边横向深挖第三方体检市场，一边纵向整合上下游产业链。 12月7日，俞熔在接受21世纪经济报道记者采访时表示：“美年与西门子医疗有着多年紧密的合作基础，目前也是西门子医疗全球最大的单一客户，西门子在设备远程管理等多个方面也为美年度身定制提供了资源和方案，与我们的发展思路匹配。” 去年以来，借助远程会诊平台和线下影像中心，第三方医学影像市场持续火爆，上市公司阿里健康、万东医疗、尚荣医疗等先后进场。今年8月，国家卫计委印发的《医学影像诊断中心基本标准和管理规范（试行）》更是为这一市场添了一把火。 即便如此，诊断医师稀缺、信息尚未互联互通、远程医疗和人工智能刚起步等因素，使得第三方医学影像市场仍处于起步探索阶段。 “美年系”医疗版图再下一城 美年健康和西门子合作设立的影像中心拟落户上海，占地面积约3000平方米，将利用影像诊断、体外诊断等设备以及其他医疗产品，从事影像诊断、健康检查与体外诊断等业务。 今年11月中旬，西门子方面向21世纪经济报道记者透露，西门子计划将医疗业务公开上市，该业务规模接近150亿美元。在此之前，西门子已将医疗保健业务在内的四大业务拆分。据悉，这一内部调整现在已经基本完成。 对于美年健康来说，影像中心是是其生态布局的重要组成部分。 俞熔的另一个身份是上海天亿投资集团董事长，而天亿也是上市公司美年健康的实际控制人。上述负责人进一步透露：“天亿的主要角色是帮助美年大健康培育创新业务，确保上市公司核心业务高速增长的同时，适时把协同性好、高成长的新业务注入上市公司。” 在美年健康的生态版图中，体检是根基，这一领域从不缺乏美年健康并购整合的身影。 今年美年健康一边继续完成对慈铭的收购，一边跑马圈地的开店和持续不断的并购，较为引人关注的是其通过全资境外子公司收购新新健康100%股权，从而控制了台湾美兆集团在中国境内的业务，进军高端体检市场。 截止至目前，美年健康在中国已有超过200家独立的体检分院，2016年预计服务人次1500万。未来三年至五年，美年健康计划完成国内500家体检中心的布局。 在产业链整合方面，美年健康亦是频频出手。包括专科医疗领域的美维口腔、民生五官科，基因检测领域收购美因健康股份，创新医疗器械领域牵手胶囊胃镜机器人等，医疗数据领域收购好卓数据，移动医疗领域跟大象医疗达成合作，中医板块则是掌中医。去年10月，美年健康宣布出资2亿元参与发起设立健康保险股份有限公司。 “美年已经初步构建了强大的产业生态圈，未来的生态布局逻辑是基于美年的核心业务，本着先近后远，先轻后重的原则，逐步完善。”俞熔说道。 资本扎堆医学影像 跟美年健康一样瞄上第三方医学影像的企业不在少数。国金证券报告显示，目前国内影像市场规模在2000多亿，省会城市的医学影像中心规模在250亿-300亿，县级市医学影像中心规模在300多亿。 记者了解到，企业布局独立第三方医学影像市场分为轻、重资产两种模式。 线下建立独立第三方影像中心的玩家有万里云、杭州德康医学诊断中心等，线上搭建独立第三方影像平台的玩家有锐达影像、睿佳医影等。前者依靠阿里健康、万东医疗、广宇集团和世正医疗等大集团背景，拥有雄厚的资本作为支撑，走的是重资产模式；后者拥有计算机算法，能够快速搭建研发团队，属于轻资产模式。 健培科技CEO程国华告诉记者：“一二线城市并不是一个比较好的市场，对大医院来说问题不大，设备也多，有经验的医师也多。但三四线城市不同，卫生院很多都没有设备，或者是一些初级的设备，大型设备无法配备或者难以更新换代。” 除了设备之外，诊断医师的缺乏也在催熟第三方医学影像市场。以常见的慢性病心血管疾病为例，心电图诊断医生每个月的工资大概是一万元，很多基层医院难以支付。而相比超声检查，心电检查的收费较低，总体营收也不高。 虽然市场持续火爆，上述美年健康负责人还是向记者坦言：“市场是处于起步探索阶段。影像中心的建设不但要有资金，还要有影像诊断专家的参与，这是稀缺资源，尤其是医生多点执业没有完全放开。而且影像中心的成功运营还涉及患者导流、结果互认、后续治疗等一系列的问题。” 程国华也指出：“中国的影像中心要像美国那样普及还比较难，需要医院之间数据的互联互通，现在医院的信息都是相互独立的。远程医疗也刚刚起步，基层医院承接的患者比较少，还是需要国家政策和市场的推动。” 今年8月，国家卫计委正式颁布《医学影像诊断中心基本标准和管理规范的通知》，明确提出逐步推进医疗机构与医学影像诊断中心间检查结果互认，鼓励利用信息化手段促进医疗资源纵向流动，由医学影像诊断中心向基层医疗卫生机构提供远程影像诊断等服务。 <p style="text-indent: 0em;
