飞利浦HDI5000彩超开机使用2小时左右，机器就自动掉电，显示器黑屏，键盘上指示灯亮。但是休息2小时后，重新开机又恢复正常，可以使用几小时，又出现这种故障。每天的情况大概如此，严重影响工作。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">故障分析与检修：</span></strong></span></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 由机器现象可以初步判定，这是一个软故障，并且与温度的关系较大。当机器工作时间一长，温度升高，元件老化出现问题，引起这种现象。当温度冷却下来，又恢复正常，如此反复。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 本人是第一次维修这款机器，根据经验来说先测量一下电源电压，打开机器的前面板，发现电源盒在左下方标有2处电压测试点（P2、P3）。其中P2：±15V、±12V、±6V、＋5V、－5.2V； P3：－HV／10、＋HV／10、＋FAN、＋3.3V、REF＋5V、REF＋2.5V、＋5V STBY、＋2.5V STBY ；等到机器正常工作时测量各组电压，发现P2正常；P３这组中＋3.3这组为0V ，＋FAN这组为14.5V，其余的在正常范围内。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 当在机器出现故障再测量各组电压，发现P2的＋5V为 0V P3 的FAN 这组为 0V其余各组电压和机器正常运转时一样，同时发现主机的风扇“嗡嗡”运转声消失。拆掉电源盒发现 P2 的各组电压都是一些大功率模块供电，其中5V 模块是有三个大功率并联供给，总电流大概在 140A 左右。根据以往的经验，问题应该出在这5V 的模块和风扇这 2 处。由于5V 的供电是有 3 个大功率模块并联输出，而风扇是有一个24V 的模块供给，本着先简后易以及 2 部分同时出故障的情况极少原则，决定先更换24V的风扇模块。重新开机，测量5V 和24V 的电压，其中5V正常，24V 在启动的瞬间为 24V，在机器的启动过程中为18.44V，机器完全启动起来为 14.73V。运行 1 小时测量为20.40V，再工作测量发现风扇的电压时逐步升高的。现在机器已运转 1 周，再没出现以前的那种故障，至此机器已完全恢复正常。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">维修心得：</span></strong></span></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 这台机器的故障是间歇出现，并且有明显的与温度（机器坏时风扇停止运转）有关特征，当停机时间短时，机器无法启动，停机2小时以上，机器可以启动。这是由于5V 的电源功率很大，当风扇模块出现问题时，5V 模块温度过高就自动保护掉电，致使整机停机，停机时间短，模块的温度没有完全冷却下来，时间一长，温度冷却下来，就可以重新使用，这就是为什么需要休息时间长点就可以开机的原因。因此在维修工作中，一定要紧密结合机器的故障现象和原理进行维修，就可以少走弯路，快速恢复机器的正常使用。</p><p><strong style="max-width: 100%;letter-spacing:
