碾压！核酸提取仪市场国产品牌占比高达71%，占绝对优势地位！

data-tools="gulangu"><section><section><section><section><section><p><br  /></p><section><span>来源：IVD从业者&nbsp;&nbsp;文章参考：仪器信息网</span></section><section><br  /></section><p><span>近期仪器信息网公布整理了一组关于核酸提取仪市场的分析数据，今天来给大家分析一下这个市场，核酸检测试剂盒最开始多配备热裂解的方式，试剂盒中的核酸抽提液起到了裂解细胞，释放核酸的作用。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>随着纳米磁珠的出现，其对于DNA和RNA优异的吸附性使其快速应用于核酸提取的过程，基于磁珠法的核酸提取无需加热，这也使得磁珠法的核酸提取更容易实现自动化，于是上吸式、下吸式的半自动核酸提取仪、全自动核酸提取仪就陆续出现在市场上。<br  /></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>疫情之前，核酸提取多采用手工法的核酸抽提液，只有大型的三甲医院才使用全自动的核酸提取工作站或半自动核酸提取仪配合预装版进行核酸提取。但是这次新冠疫情，因为检测试剂集采的影响，反而推动了核酸提取试剂和核酸提取仪的普及和使用。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>仪器信息网统计了近两年中国政府采购网关于核酸提取仪的202条中标讯息，对核酸提取仪采购增量、采购单位、中标品牌、中标型号及金额。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>2018年下半年(7月-12月)中标39台，2019年下半年(7月-12月)中标67台，同比增长71.7%。2019年上半年(1月-6月)中标34台，2020年下半年(7月-12月)中标50台，同比增长47.1%。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>核酸提取仪可以应用在疾病控制中心、临床疾病诊断、输血安全、法医学鉴定、环境微生物检测等分子生物学研究应用领域。从采购单位来看，采购数量最多的单位为医院等医疗机构(占比29%)和动物疫病防控中心、农业局等农业机构(占比28%)。其次是疾病预防控制中心，占比为19%。高校和科研单位占比持平，约为7%~8%。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>一方面得益于医疗机构的大样本量，使得核酸提取仪有了应用空间，而在疾控中心对于核酸技术的向往和公共经费也使得核酸提取仪的能够在该类机构产生大量的需求。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>从中标的价格上来看，20-50万的标占比最多，然后就是20万以下的标，两者加起来超过了75%，由此可见整个市场对于核酸提取仪的价格承受能力多在50万以下，这个价格也是很多国产核酸提取仪都能做到的范围。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>从核酸提取仪中标数量来看，西安天隆和达安基因中标量拔得头筹，占比分别为24%和11%，领先中标数量占比为10%的赛默飞。凯杰、杭州博日和厦门致善中标数量也不低，占比分别约8%~9%。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>如果分国内国外品牌来看，国内品牌占比达到了71%，国外品牌占比为29%，因此在核酸提取仪这个市场上，国产产品基本占据了优势地位，或主要得益于其低廉的成本。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img
