/></section><section><span>新冠疫情发生后，圣湘生物第一时间开发了新冠核酸检测试剂，是国内最早获批上市前六家企业之一，并获欧盟CE认证、美国FDA紧急使用授权、巴西ANVISA认证等20多个国家权威注册认证；开发了打破专业实验室限制瓶颈的“分钟级”POCT快速核酸检测系统，通过国家药监局和欧盟CE认证，15-45分钟完成新冠检测，并可拓展其他疾病项目检测。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span><strong>着眼未来持续成长</strong></span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>圣湘生物在本次的招股书中提示，疫情导致的公司业绩增长具有偶发性，未来业绩存在不可持续和大幅波动的风险。不过，借力实现持续成长正是圣湘生物的目标。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>圣湘生物相关人士表示，目前各地核酸检测能力得到了提升，未来除了开展新冠检测外，也将会开展其他疾病相关核酸检测项目，市场对于普适化、全场景化核酸检测方案的需求将会进一步加大。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>招股书显示，圣湘生物2017年至2019年累计新增装机数量944台。今年上半年，圣湘生物新增客户864家，新增装机数量达1805台，半年装机量是过去3年的近2倍。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>上述人士预计，销售的检测仪器和自产试剂具有较好的匹配性，庞大的新增客户群体和新增仪器装机量将为公司试剂业务持续发展带来较大的增量空间。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>本次科创板上市，圣湘生物募集资金总额为20.2亿元，发行后股本总额为4亿股。此次募资将用于与公司主营业务相关的项目，即投资精准智能分子诊断系统生产基地项目、研发中心升级建设项目、营销网络及信息化升级建设项目。</span></section><section><br
