是否能够轻松的通入人体到达病变处，其主要的一点就是分段硬化决定的，尤其是尿道镜和肠镜。肠镜(如奥林帕斯的CF-160/180/240/260系列)由于需要在肠道内需要多次打弯，所以插入管必须要软，但是又要有一定的硬度来保证其能更深入肠道,所以分段硬化必不可少。而尿道镜(如STORZ的STZ11278AUI和奥林帕斯的DUR-8)则由于管子直径只有2.8-3.0mm，医生往往在操作时，如果碰到整根插入管很软，医生轻松地推送了前半段插入管，后半段推送会很吃力，因为管子的未进入尿道的后段会容易弯曲.如果整根太硬，插入管前段进入尿道深处时又影响医生打弯工作。

国内的插入管生产商没有产品编码，产品的好坏往往全凭经验，出现问题也无法追踪。而奥林帕斯，宾得，富士能，STORZ的管子，管子的近身段，一定有产品编码。

Traceable:It is very difficult to track the status of tone tube when quality problems occur since there’s no code on the tubes in domestic market.For some famous original manufacturer like Olympus,Pentax,Fujinon and STORZ,there’s a traceable code printed on the surface so that it can be easily followed up.
