设备名称：OLYMPUS CF-HQ290I 电子肠镜 

主诉故障：图像偶尔黑屏 

检测时间：2019-07-21 

检测故障：1.图像闪烁，打上角度图像黑屏；2.光束暗断严重；3.插入管尚可；4.钳道管磨损；5.钢丝、螺旋管、蛇骨磨损。 

维修方案：A级维修（更换CCD、光束、蛇骨、钢丝、螺旋管、弯曲橡皮） 

服务建议：电子肠镜使用时，要避免插入部打圈时角度过小、碰撞、拧弯等易造成CCD或光束折伤，画面出现异常；在内镜使用、运输、清洗及储存中，请勿把内镜与其他器械一起放置，避免内镜与其他尖锐物品的接触造成损坏；当设备测试发现测漏异常后，建议尽早送修，防止造成更大的故障。
