                    <p style="font-family: Simsun; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(249, 249, 249);">2014年我国医疗器械贸易总额达到357.94亿美元，同比增长4.32%，比2013年下降9.8个百分点。其中，进口额为157.71亿美元，同比增长5.32%，但是增幅同比下降了14.75个百分点。</p><p style="font-family: Simsun; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(249, 249, 249);">　　医保商会分析认为，去年我国医疗器械进口贸易有以下特点：一是医疗器械进口增幅为近3年来最低；二是在华三资企业成为我国医疗器械进口主力，相关进口额占比达到40%；三是诊疗设备类产品进口额占比超过70%，远远高于其他类别产品；四是三资企业的加工贸易下降。</p><p style="font-family: Simsun; background-color: rgb(249, 249, 249);">　　2014年，我国从200多个国家和地区进口了医疗器械，欧洲是我国医疗器械最大进口来源市场，相关进口额在我国医疗器械进口总额中占39.12%；北美洲为第二大进口来源市场，进口额占比为32.26%；亚洲排在第三位，进口额占比为24.64%。这三大洲进口额占比合计达到96.02%。美国、德国、日本、爱尔兰和瑞士为前五大进口来源国，进口额占比合计为68.18%。</p><p style="font-family: Simsun; background-color: rgb(249, 249, 249);">　　2014年，在我国医疗器械进口产品中，进口额超过1亿美元的有35个品种，主要为通用诊疗设备、彩色超声波诊断仪、弥补生理缺陷的康复用具、X射线断层检查仪、内窥镜、医用导管、核磁共振成像装置等。其中，诊疗设备类产品进口总额高达113.94亿美元，同比增长6.66%，在我国医疗器械进口总额中占72.25%。</p><p style="font-family: Simsun;
