国产医疗器械的创新发展之路在何方？

border: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 15px; color: rgb(85, 85, 85); font-family: Arial, 宋体, Helvetica, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">　　1、国产医疗器械仿制产品较多，研发创新产品较少；  　　2、国产医疗器械中低端产品较多，高端产品较少； <p style="list-style: none; border: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 15px; color: rgb(85, 85, 85); font-family: Arial, 宋体, Helvetica, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">　　3、国产医疗器械部分产品同质化现象非常严重；  　　4、国产医疗器械总体科技水平与发达国家或地区相比，存在10年左右的差距。  　         我国国产医疗器械要创新发展，却也是困难重重，形势错综复杂的。 　　1、我国医疗器械企业普遍规模小、竞争力弱。国内最大的医疗器械生产企业迈瑞公司年产值在70亿元左右，而美国强生公司医疗器械年销售额275亿美元，美敦力公司医疗器械年销售额183亿美元；全球医疗器械生产企业前十中有美国7家； <p style="list-style: none; border: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 15px; color: rgb(85, 85, 85); font-family: Arial, 宋体, Helvetica, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">　　2、医疗机构购买和使用国产医疗器械的政策不足，国产自主品牌的创新医疗器械和高端医疗器械进入大医院难度太大；<p style="list-style: none; border: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 15px; color: rgb(85, 85, 85); font-family: Arial, 宋体, Helvetica, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">　　3、我国医疗器械企业研发资金投入不足。中国医疗器械企业研发总投入约占其总销售额的3%，而发达国家或地区的医疗器械企业研发投入约占其总销售额的10-15%，国外少数大企业医疗器械研发投入高达15-20%；<p style="list-style: none; border: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 15px; color: rgb(85, 85, 85); font-family: Arial, 宋体, Helvetica, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">　　4、与发达国家或地区的工业发展水平相比，我国的工业基础仍然稍显薄弱。高端医疗器械是多学科知识和技术的综合产物，创新与发展必然会受到工业基础的限制；<p style="list-style: none; border: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 15px; color: rgb(85, 85, 85); font-family: Arial, 宋体, Helvetica, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">　　以现有医疗器械市场水平，国产医疗器械该如何创新发展？ 　　1、增强医疗器械创新发展的紧迫感  　　医疗器械生产企业、有关研发机构、医院和政府都应增强紧迫感，按照党中央国务院的要求，把创新发展摆在最重要的位置。只有全社会真正重视创新发展，我国医疗器械产业在未来10年赶超发达国家或地区才有希望！  　　2、国务院应明确发展目标与政策措施。  　　由于高端医疗器械的技术、学科综合性，单凭企业、或者科研机构、或者高校的重视是不行的，必须由政府出面，协调集中多方面的力量，共同攻关才行。  　　3、必须切实加大医疗器械创新发展的投入。  　　就我国目前医疗器械产业现状看来，首先医疗器械生产企业应当加大研发投入；其次政府应当设立医疗器械创新发展基金，对企业研发工作给予支持；风险投资公司也可以对有希望的研发项目投资，支持医疗器械创新发展。  　　4、医疗器械创新发展应有新思路 <p style="list-style: none; border: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 15px; color: rgb(85, 85, 85); font-family: Arial, 宋体, Helvetica, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">　　学习国外有关企业的经验做法是非常必要的捷径，但先进技术有专利保护且保密严格，难以学习或仿制。我国医疗器械创新发展，建议从医疗机构、医务人员那里去寻找创新点、突破点，了解一线医务人员需要什么样的医疗器械，收集他们对现有医疗器械的意见和建议。  　　5、应高度重视医疗器械创新研发人才队伍建设 <p style="list-style: none;
