font-size: 16px; line-height: 32px; text-indent: 30px;">新版目录不仅适用于基本医疗保险参保人员，也适用于工伤保险和生育保险参保人员。为落实《国家职业病防治规划》和《关于印发加强农民工尘肺病防治工作的意见的通知》，目录制定中对工伤保险用药予以特殊考虑：一方面充分考虑了职业病等特殊疾病的用药需求，新增了治疗尘肺病的汉防己甲素等药品；另一方面药品目录中A型肉毒毒素注射剂等5种药品的“备注”一栏标为“限工伤保险”，这些药品仅限于工伤保险基金支付，而不属于基本医保基金的支付范围，也就是说工伤保险的用药范围要超过基本医疗保险的用药范围。 </span><br style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);
