医药网12月13日讯　2017年12月11日，两市共计219只医药股实现上涨，在行业和政策的双重利好下，医药股有望成为强势股的集散地。 　　医药行业迎战略机遇期 　　作为新兴医药市场的领先者，中国目前仍处于高速发展阶段，是全球唯一规模巨大并且持续实现快速增长的市场。 　　据天天证券网调查数据显示，2014年整个中国药品市场总规模达12802亿，较2013年增长13.3%，2009年至2014年复合年均增长率达19%，预测从2016到2020年五年之间中国医药市场的整体增速在7%左右。 　　与此同时，近年来医药行业政策密集落地，医保控费力度趋严、分级诊疗制度推行、医师多点执业铺开、医疗器械审评审批制度改革、精准医疗计划等陆续出台，引导行业向更高效、更合理的方向发展，为医药行业刮起深化改革的阵风。 　　例如，医保全面覆盖、筹资水平提升和大病医保推行，催生了医药行业过去的“黄金十年”；2015年7月22日，CFDA的一份《关于开展药物临床试验数据自查核查工作的公告》的文件，直接把”欣欣向荣“的CRO行业打趴下了；今年10月18日印发的《关于深化审评审批制度改革鼓励药品医疗器械创新的意见》，这项《意见》主要涵盖六大块内容，包括改革临床试验管理、加快上市审评审批、促进药品创新和仿制药发展等。 　　值得注意的是，目前我国正处于人口老龄化起始阶段，2015年中国65岁以上老龄人口占比首度超过10%，未来趋势还将加速。据测算65岁以上老年人均用药是青年人均用药费用的3.7倍，未来30年从需求端来看，我国医药市场将迎来爆发式扩容。 　　专家表示，人口老龄化、医药政策利好、人们健康意识的增强以及疾病谱的不断扩大，促使医药需求持续增长。同时，“十三五”时期将成为医药行业发展的关键时期，也将是行业大有可为的战略机遇期。 　　医药板块投资机会显现 　　年末，是机构调仓换股的重要窗口期，也是机构调研的活跃期。值得一提的是医药板块颇受机构青睐，成为调研热点领域。 　　据悉，12月5日，一心堂接受了银河国际、统一证券投资、台新金控、富邦人寿、群益投信、华鑫证券的联合调研；海辰药业上周迎来了凯思博、富国基金、万家基金、RWC等机构的调研；云南白药、乐金健康等上市公司被邦人寿、中国人寿、浙商财险、长江养老保险、国联人寿、新华人寿等机构重点关注。 　　具体来看，首先2017年是一心堂的发展之年，公司从西北地区走向全国，成为了云南地区家喻户晓的明星企业，更是中国药品零售行业的领航者之一。全国直营门店突破5000家，药店遍及全国内10个省市自治区。数据显示，公司前三季度实现营业收入56.02亿元，同比增长23.53%；实现归母净利润3.16亿元，同比增长11.36%；实现归母扣非净利润3.09亿元，同比增长10.43%。 　　其次，海辰药业作为一家普药生产企业，现在体量整体还不大，但公司产品众多，结构合理，涵盖利尿剂、消化类、抗生素类、免疫调节类、骨关节类等多个治疗领域，且均参与市场竞争，并在销量上增长较快。数据显示，公司2017年1-9月净利润4589万元，同比增长47%，其中7-9月份净利润1652万元，同比增长65%。 　　最后，2017年云南白药全面加快建设大健康平台，使业务形成有效的支撑，并有序推进公司混改，进一步突破体制机制，增强经营灵活性和经营效率，逐步推进资源整合及外延步伐，实现了稳健的业绩增长。数据显示，2017年前三季度，公司实现营业收入分别为180.08亿元、26.05亿元、24.31亿元，同比增长10.56%、10.39%、7.76%，符合市场预期。 　　综上所述，医药行业政策的积极变化，促使医药股的业绩弹性正在增强，从而带动了整个医药板块上扬。中长期来看，机构依旧看好医药板块，认为其是未来最具增长潜力的板块之一，有很多可挖掘的投资机会，值得重点配置。<p
