SIEMENS ACUSON X150维修案例

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1</span><span>、无法进入系统的故障</span></span></p><p><span><span> &nbsp; &nbsp;故障:开机后,显示屏显示以下对话框,如图</span><span>1</span><span>所示,内容为“</span><span>the system is shutting down automatically to prevent permanent damage, please contact Siemens Service”</span><span>,接着就重启。有时,开机正常,机器用了</span><span>2-5</span><span>小时后,突然弹出图</span><span>1</span><span>对话框。</span></span></p><p><p><img src="image/20201019/fedde50a5d47a792ce1d3ab36eddc1af_2.jpg" /></p><br  /><span>故障分析</span></p><p><span><span> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;X150</span><span>整机主要是由</span><span>Ac POWER</span><span>、</span><span> DC power</span><span>、</span><span>Ti</span><span>板、</span><span>TR</span><span>板、</span><span>RC</span><span>板、</span><span>BE</span><span>板、</span><span>IO</span><span>板、操作面板、显示器、探头组成的。</span></span></p><p><span><span> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;AC power </span><span>主要是将</span><span>220</span><span>的交流电压转变为</span><span>48V</span><span>、</span><span>5V</span><span>的</span><span>DC</span><span>电压。</span></span></p><p><span><span> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;DC power</span><span>是将</span><span>Ac power</span><span>输出的</span><span>48V</span><span>电压经过</span><span>DC power </span><span>的</span><span>DC-DC</span><span>电路转变为</span><span>+/-3.3</span><span>、</span><span>+/-5</span><span>、</span><span>+/-12</span><span>、</span><span>+/-100</span><span>等电压,主要是给</span><span>Ti</span><span>板、</span><span>Ti</span><span>板、</span><span>TR</span><span>板、</span><span>RC</span><span>板、</span><span>BE</span><span>板、</span><span>IO</span><span>板、操作面板供电。</span></span></p><p><span><span> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Ti</span><span>板是负责控制探头的工作情况,例如:负责探头的选定,控制那一个探头在工作状态,接收</span><span>TR</span><span>板的接发收信号等。</span></span></p><p><span><span>RC</span><span>板主要负责处理、控制超声回波信号;</span><span>BE</span><span>板是相当是一个中央处理板,负责掌控整个机器的运行与处理。</span><span>IO</span><span>板上有一个硬盘,硬盘里主要是装载着系统软件与超声应用软件,还要负责视频输出与音频处理。</span></span></p><p><span><span> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2</span><span>、解决方法</span></span></p><p><span><span> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; </span><span>首先应该要排除是否是因为设备电源故障引起的故障,第一步:检测</span><span>Ac POWER</span><span>,有两个方法,一、可以通过</span><span>Ac POWER</span><span>后面的指示灯“</span><span>PWR ON</span><span>”判断,接上交流电后,打开</span><span>Ac POWER</span><span>的开关,如果观察到该指示灯闪亮,那证明</span><span>Ac POWER</span><span>是正常的。如果是</span><span>Ac POWER </span><span>不亮,那就是有故障的。二、开机后,用万用表检测</span><span>CN1</span><span>接口的电压,如果检测到有</span><span>+48V</span><span>的电压输出,那</span><span>Ac POWER</span><span>是正常的,否则则反。用以上方法检测到</span><span>Ac POWER</span><span>输出是正常的。</span></span></p><p><span><span> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; </span><span>第二步:检测</span><span>DC POWER</span><span>,方法为</span><span>:</span><span>开机后,用万用表检测</span><span>+/-3.3</span><span>、</span><span>+/-5</span><span>、</span><span>+/-12</span><span>、</span><span>+/-100</span><span>等</span><span>DC POWER</span><span>输出电压。检测点如图</span><span>2</span><span>所示,</span></span></p><p><p><img src="image/20201019/54e6caa106e3f2b7746d2d212cc7d994_3.jpg" /></p><br  /><span><span>其中检测到</span><span>+/-100</span><span>电压不正常,根据这台设备的原理,可知,要用到</span><span>+/-100V</span><span>的电压的板块,只要</span><span>Tr</span><span>板与</span><span>Ti</span><span>板,其他的板块只是用到低压电压。现在主要是找出是</span><span>Tr</span><span>板还是</span><span>Ti</span><span>板引起的故障?方法为:排除法,首先把</span><span>Tr</span><span>板拆出来放好,接着重新开机,检测</span><span>+/-100V</span><span>的电压是否正常,检测到</span><span>+/-100V</span><span>的输出情况依旧,因此可以判断不是由</span><span>TR</span><span>板引起的故障,应该是</span><span>Ti</span><span>板引起的故障。为了更准确的确定故障点,再多做一道工序,关机,把</span><span>Tr</span><span>板装回原位,把</span><span>Ti</span><span>板拆下来,开机,检测</span><span>+/-100V</span><span>的输出情况,结果发现,</span><span>+/-100V</span><span>的输出正常。经过这次的检测,可以完全确定是由</span><span>Ti</span><span>板引起的故障。</span></span></p><p><span><span> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</span><span>第三步:确定了故障原因,找出故障点。</span></span></p><p><span><span>首先要分析一下这块</span><span>Ti</span><span>板的检测维修我们该如何入手故障原因是因</span><span>+/-100V</span><span>的输出不正常,是</span><span>+/-100V</span><span>的负载</span><span>Ti</span><span>板故障引起的,因此先从</span><span>Ti</span><span>板的</span><span>+/-100V</span><span>负载电路查起,了解</span><span>+/-100V</span><span>工作电路。查到</span><span>DC POWER+/-100V</span><span>输出的电压到了</span><span>Ti</span><span>板,是由</span><span>XC2S50E</span><span>微处理器与两个小贴片三极管与两个小电阻等组成的高压控制电路,由他掌控着</span><span>+/-100V</span><span>是否输给</span><span>Ti</span><span>板上的</span><span>HV</span><span>开关芯片</span><span>HV209</span><span>芯片工作。</span></span></p><p><span><span> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</span><span>接着进行一次模拟检测,找来一个有两组输出的稳压电源,选择一组双电源</span><span>+/-30V</span><span>,接到</span><span>Ti</span><span>板上的</span><span>+/-100V</span><span>输入点上。测试</span><span>+/-30V</span><span>有没有到</span><span>Ti</span><span>板上的</span><span>HV</span><span>开关芯片</span><span>HV209</span><span>芯片上,检测到电压没有到该芯片,上机测试也一样。因此把重点放在高压控制电路上。</span></span></p><p><span><span> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; </span><span>最后检测高压控制电路上的小三极管开路,更换三极管。故障解决。</span></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img src="image/20201019/df1c2eb09b3189e573942cb954365e1d_4.png" /></p><br  /></p>
