powered-by="gulangu"><p><span>据了解，张先生今年40岁，半个月前到南京洽谈生意。事发前一周，与他同行的家人听他抱怨说<strong><span>自己左肩疼痛，而且还出现一阵阵的钝痛</span></strong>。以为是颈椎病犯了，加之身在外地，为了省事，张先生就到宾馆附近的小诊所按摩了几次，<strong><span>然而肩痛不见缓解</span></strong>。6月5日下午，正在忙碌的张先生突然晕倒在地，神志不清，口吐白沫，慌乱的家人赶紧拨打了120，将他送到医院急救。<br  /></span></p></section></section></section></section><p><br  /></p><p><p><img /></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>“由于事发在院外，现场又没有实施及时有效的救治，等到患者被120急救车送到医院，人已经不行了。”当天值班的江苏省中医院急诊科仲跻巍医师回忆说，患者入院时瞳孔散大，心脏停跳，没有任何生命迹象，医护人员立即投入抢救，采取了包括胸外心脏按压、气管插管、注射肾上腺素在内的一系列复苏措施，前后持续了一个多小时，却依然没能挽回患者年轻的生命。</span></p><p><br  /></p><section><section><section><section></section><section></section><section></section></section><section><section><strong><span>忽视了心脏的“救命信号”</span></strong></section></section><section><section></section><section><br  /></section></section></section></section><p><br  /></p><section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><section><p><span>张先生的家人怎么也想不通，平素身体素质较好的张先生为何会遭遇猝死？仲跻巍副主任医师分析，<strong><span>患者猝死很可能与心梗有关。</span></strong></span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p><br  /></p><p><span>“患者床边肌钙蛋白检测结果为0.46ng/ml，而正常值是0.023ng/ml，足足高了20倍，意味着心脏受损。另外<strong><span>事发前患者左肩持续疼痛，可能就是以肩痛为主要疼痛点的不典型心梗症状。</span></strong></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><strong><span><p><img /></p></span></strong></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>他表示，很多人误以为只有胸闷、胸痛才是心肌梗死，其实不然，临床上有30%的心肌梗死患者症状并不典型，容易误诊。<strong><span>心梗不典型症状包括牙痛，上肢、左肩疼痛，上腹部剧烈疼痛、恶心呕吐，出冷汗等。</span></strong></span></p><p><strong><span><p><img /></p></span></strong></p><p><br  /></p><section><section><section><section></section><section></section></section><section><p><strong><span>心梗并非都出现胸痛&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>无痛性心梗同样凶险高</span></strong></p></section><section><section></section><section><br  /></section></section></section></section><p><br  /></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>近日，78岁的谭娭毑因为肠胃毛病到长沙市第三医院老年医学科就诊，心电图提示她有陈旧性心肌梗死。谭娭毑吃了一惊，表示自己从来没有出现过胸痛。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span><strong><span>“不是所有的心肌梗死患者都有胸痛症状，有一种临床症状不明显的心梗，医学上称为无痛性心梗。”</span></strong>老年医学科十二病室主任梁珍玲介绍，比如患者在活动过后或情绪激动时出现胸闷憋气，休息之后就缓解了，这种短暂的不适可能就是无痛性心梗的症状，它往往被忽视而没有采取治疗措施。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img powered-by="gulangu"><section><section><p><br  /></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p><span>心梗的典型症状是胸骨正中间或中间偏左的地方出现心绞痛，有濒死、压迫感，可持续5~15分钟或以上。<strong><span>一般来说，胸痛持续20分钟还不缓解要高度怀疑心梗，超过5分钟就要警惕了。</span></strong><br  /></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>但心梗也有许多非典型症状，除了上述提到的胃肠道表现外，以下一些“瞒天过海”的迹象也需要高度警惕。</span></p><p><span><p><img 牙痛、下颌痛、颈肩痛</strong><br  /></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>由心脏疾病引起的牙痛，医学上称之为“心源性牙痛”，常表现为牙痛剧烈，但疼痛部位不确切，且服用止痛药不能缓解，颈部放射痛或者胸背部刺痛也常有发生。患者如伴大汗、面色苍白、濒死感，应警惕急性心梗。</span></p><p><p><img
