data-role="paragraph"><p><br  /></p></section></section><p><span>20世纪70年代末，CT设备由我国放射界泰斗李果珍教授牵头引入中国，却因为时代原因，没有立即如欧美一样得到快速普及，1984年全国CT装机量不过30余台，多数为从国外引进的二手机器，愈发无法满足与日俱增的需求量。</span></p><p><br  /></p><section data-role="paragraph"><p><br  /></p></section></section><p><span>1987年，沈阳医学院附属中心医院从美国购置的一台价格不菲的CT发生故障，因为一些客观原因，当时多位国内专家和美国工程师都束手无策，东北工学院（现东北大学）的郑全录、李甲递两位教授可谓临危受命，凭借多年所学的计算机、电子、机械等领域的知识，不负众望的修复了“瘫痪”中的CT。</span><span></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span></span></p><p><span>自此二人东奔西走，远赴唐山、重庆等地，让一台台“瘫痪”的CT重新运转起来，引起业内一片哗然。</span><span>虽然这段经历另两位教授名声大噪，却不免让国内的业内人士品尝到了核心技术受制于人的苦楚，于是借由此次“CT复活事件”，国内专家不约而同的有了这样一个夙愿——要制造属于中国自己的CT！</span></p><p><br  /></p><section data-role="paragraph"><p><br  /></p></section></section><p><span>1989年，国产CT迎来了“从无到有”的第一步，东北大学计算机影像中心于该年正式成立，接手国产CT整机开发的项目，该项目受到了国家的高度重视，列入国家“火炬”计划之中。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>1991年，如今东软集团的前身——东大阿尔派公司创立，它是当时中国最大的计算机软件公司，凭借在软件技术领域的优势，东大阿尔派打破了国产CT核心系统的技术难关！</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>东大阿尔派领导接受采访</span></p><section AP），如果无法攻克这项技术，国产CT的发展就势必停滞不前，但这类核心技术必然是最高级别商业机密，国外大品牌谁不视之如命，怎么可能分享给外人？</span></p><p><span></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>以计算机技术优势的东大阿尔派研发团队扬长避短，创新性地用PC机代替阵列处理机，不仅实现了国产CT核心系统的技术攻关，并且开创了国际CT技术新的变革。</span><span>此后，国外大的CT厂家也开始学习效仿，纷纷卸下昂贵的阵列处理机，换上性价比极佳的PC机。</span><span></span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><section data-role="paragraph"><p><br  /></p></section></section><p><span></span></p><p><span>1994年，“研制中国CT”的梦想终于成为现实，首台国产全身CT原型机研制成功并通过国家检测！</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span></span></p><p><span>1995年，东北大学计算机影像中心连同国产CT项目、国产CT原型机并入东软集团，1997年8月，由东软医疗研制生产的第一台具有自主知识产权的国产CT-C2000获得国家有关部门颁发的生产许可证书，次年即销售50余台，并于1998年入选“亚洲CT十大科技进展”。</span><span></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>&nbsp;中国第一台CT-C2000</span></p><section /></p></section></section></section></section><p><span>1998年，东软医疗正式成立，以CT为代表的国产医疗设备向产业化、规模化发展。</span><span>至此，国产CT成功完成产业化转换并投放市场，开始与国际大牌厂商在CT市场短兵相接，这也标志着中国成为继美国、日本、德国、荷兰之后又一个能够成功研制CT的国家！</span><br  /></p><p><span></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>国产CT的问世，不但填补了中国在大型诊疗器械市场的空白，令国外二手设备被迫退出中国，也使得跨国公司的CT产品无奈之下纷纷降价20%~30%，售后服务价格降低50%以上，对患者而言，检查费用也降至百元。</span><span></span><span></span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span><span>&nbsp;1998年中国CT实现产业化</span></span></p><p><span><span><br  /></span></span></p><section /></p></section></section></section></section><section><span>随后，CT-C2000于2000年和2002年先后通过了欧洲CE认证和美国FDA认证，开始了国产CT从无到有、从国内市场到国际市场的征途。</span><span>另外，作为国产CT“鼻祖”的东软医疗丝毫没有停止技术进步的脚步。</span><span>继1997年首台单层平扫CT后，2000年，中国第一台螺旋CT（CT-C3000）研发成功并通过CE认证；</span><span>2004年，东软医疗又推出具有自主知识产权的双层螺旋CT。</span><br  /></section><p><span></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img 64也相继问世，其中的球管，探测器，高压发生器，数据采集系统等核心部件的技术和产业化水平已达国际级水准；</span><span>2015年，东软医疗又推出中国第一台拥有自主知识产权的128层螺旋CT，扎实的从低端走到高端。</span><span></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>与此同时，国内也开始涌现出一批其他医疗设备企业加入到CT的研发和生产行列中来。</span><span>“中国智造”重点领域之高性能医疗器械正进入以智能制造谋求创新发展的关键阶段。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>到这里，中国首台自主研发CT的故事已经讲到了尾声。</span><span>不过一手缔造了中国首台CT的东软医疗近年还有两项新的成就值得一提。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span></span><span>2019年，国内首台具有自主知识产权的超高端CT——东软医疗256层宽体能谱CT
