data-style-id="22631"><section><section><p><span><strong>01&nbsp;</strong><strong>严查“收红包”</strong></span></p></section></section></section><section><section><br  /></section></section></section><section><section><section><span>重点检查各级各类医疗机构从业人员（含医生、护士、医技人员、行政人员）利用职务便利，在医疗活动中索取或收受患者及其家属以各种名义赠送的“红包”礼金或者牟取其他不正当利益的违规违法行为，根据违规违法行为的严重程度给予相应处置。</span></section></section></section><section><section><section><span><strong><section data-style-id="22631"><section><section><p><br  /></p><p><strong>02</strong></p></section><section><p><strong>严打收取提成、推销保健品等行为</strong></p></section></section></section></strong></span></section><section><br  /></section></section></section><section><section><section><span>将重点检查和打击以下行为：</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>（1）医疗机构从业人员接受药品、医疗器械、医用卫生材料等医药产品生产、经营企业或经销人员以各种名义、形式给予的回扣行为；</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>（2）医务人员接受医药企业为其安排、组织或支付费用的营业性娱乐场所的娱乐活动行为；</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>（3）医务人员通过介绍患者到其他医疗机构检查、治疗或购买医药产品等收取提成的行为；</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>（4）医疗机构及其从业人员违反规定发布医疗广告，参与医药产品、食品、保健品等商品推销活动的行为；</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>（5）医务人员利用任何途径和方式为商业目的统计医师个人及临床科室有关药品、医用耗材的用量信息，为医药营销人员统计提供便利的行为；</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>（6）医务人员违反规定私自采购、销售、使用药品、医疗器械、医用卫生材料等医药产品行为。</span></section></section></section><section><section><section><span><strong><section data-style-id="22631"><section><section><p><strong>03&nbsp;</strong><strong>严查不合理诊疗，与绩效挂钩</strong></p></section></section></section></strong></span></section><section><br  /></section></section></section><section><section><section><span>《通知》也明确，重点开展对医务人员规范检查、规范治疗、合理用药等执业行为的监督检查，围绕处方（医嘱）权限、知情同意、批准程序、外购药品院内使用和用药安全保障等方面完善医疗机构药品使用监管。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>将不合理诊疗行为纳入医务人员绩效考核体系进行监督评价。</span></section></section></section><section><section><section><span><strong><section data-style-id="22631"><section><section><p><br  /></p><p><strong>04</strong></p></section><section><p><strong>严查“特色”、“自创”等技术</strong></p></section></section></section></strong></span></section><section><br  /></section></section></section><section><section><section><span>严格落实依法依规执业和医疗技术临床应用相关管理制度，全面排查医疗技术临床应用管理、规章制度落实、重点科室运行等情况，尤其对“特色”、“自创”等技术要进行规范，对夸大宣传或发布虚假信息的依法查处。</span></section></section></section><section><section><section><span><strong><section data-style-id="22631"><section><section><p><br  /></p><p><strong>05</strong></p></section><section><p><strong>监控商业洽谈的行为</strong></p></section></section></section></strong></span></section></section></section><section><section><p><br  /></p><p><span>医疗机构应充分运用人工智能或信息化手段，对医药产品生产、经营企业的经销人员进入医疗机构内部与医务人员接洽营销行为进行预警、监测和及时处理。</span></p><section><br  /></section><section><span>重点检查医疗机构门诊、住院部、药房等区域出现医药产品生产、经营企业或经销人员违规向医务人员推销药品、医疗器械，进行商业洽谈的行为。</span></section></section></section><section><section><br  /></section></section><section><section><section><span><strong><section data-style-id="22631"><section><section><p><strong>06&nbsp;</strong><strong>启动民营医院管理年专项行动</strong></p></section></section></section></strong></span></section><section><br  /></section></section></section><section><section><section><span>启动民营医院管理年专项行动，加大部门间联合执法力度，重点检查和整治“保健”、健康体检、医疗美容、生殖（不孕不育）、泌尿、皮肤（性传播疾病）、妇产、肿瘤、精神、眼科等社会办医活跃、出现问题较多、群众反映强烈的领域。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>《通知》强调，集中整治范围要实现辖区内医院（含中医院和妇幼保健院）全覆盖，其他类型医疗机构（社区卫生服务中心(站)、门诊部、诊所）覆盖50%以上。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>随着国家卫健委近日下发《关于印发2020年医疗行业作风建设工作专项行动方案的通知》，医院整治风被广泛关注，各地卫健委纷纷落实，广大医务人员也务必要警惕，别再把医疗行业作风建设专项行动当做一般地“行动”！</span></section></section></section><section><br  /></section><section>来
